Vitacost Vitamin D3 -- 5,000 IU - 200 Softgels

Tried the basic Vitamin D found in drug stores (powder based pills and the capsules) & still couldn't get my D level up on my lab results. Went on Vitacost Softgel & my D level on lab work went back to the normal range. Ran out once & tried the drug store brands again but it dipped down again (had worsening fatigue & other symptoms). Now I won't run out of this!! Great brand and well tolerated with my multiple allergies/chemical sensitivities.

Good price for amount and dosage compared to others. Especially good in winter when there's less sun available so we need more. 2000 is probably enough daily if you have normal levels but if a little under normal then this is a good level to take. Vitacost has a great reputation and I've bought many products from them and all have been excellent.
