As a contractor this is a great phone.

This is pre-owned, though it says that it is new. And Android security doesn't allow to me sign up. I spent 3 hours to unlock pre-owned google's account. But it turned out that the battery was dying. Also this phone is tightly linked to AT&T and data plan is not working at T-Mobile. I gave up and deceived to return. Unfortunately I need to pay for return.

The phone was a very good deal. Except was filthy. When opening for sim card you could see the nastiness. Also the speakers were caked with filth. For lack of a better word. My suggestion is next time you refurbish a phone someone should clean them. I did with a wet qtip. And I got a black qtip. Ether than that batteries life isn't great half a day and it's dead. Phone its self great shape. Thanks

i already own 2 unlocked AT&T and 1 unlocked T-mobile. Only the unlocked T-mobile can create a working hotspot.

Phone would not charge. Charger came with it but would not work. The seller suggested I find another charger cord. I used a Samsung cord I had. I had to plug it into my computer modem for the red led light to blink. I assumed it was charging. Had it plugged in over 12 hours. Still could not turn it on. I read the review about the terrible battery. Should have believed it.

I get NO tmobile service in the house on this phone and it WILL NOT connect to wi-fi. Says it does.. but it does not.

This was an excellent indestructible phone at one time but no longer. The software is out of date and no longer supported leaving the phone very slow charging and breaks up bad when talking. AT&T tech support said there are no updates and phone would soon cease to work altogether. It's a sad end for a great phone.

Went to TMobile/metro they told me it's not possible. Even checked the site. I love durable phones. But this is just my internet phone now.

I got the phone and it would not go on the internet everything else would work fine. Show signal strength but no connect. Just wondering if you found oh what was wrong with that phone because I would like another one. This phone was immaculate and an awesome deal incredibly awesome deal. Dear seller please help I really like that phone tell me it was broken and you're sending me a new one. I had talked with the company and they're waiting for testing. Fast and courteous service with a voice on the other end. Excellent customer service talking with them very easy return explained Lots, now november checked retuuurn fund they never got back too me and charged overe 100.$ for NO BOOK. WELL I WONT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
