Tasty little kernels!
Like most Elan foods, very good quality. Actually, the Kernels aren't that small, but are fresh and tasty! On S&S, will reorder when running on empty.

Unbelievable
I roast my pistachios. I was just in Palm Desert and purchased unsalted raw unshelled pistachios from Trader Joes’. They were not organic. These are by far better. Keeping in mind that unsalted pistachios are very hard to find… In reading some of the reviews, there were a lot of mixed opinions on these pistachios. If u expect to buy these pistachios and want them to taste like the ones that are roasted in the stores then raw pistachios are not for u. These are the true organic experience of raw unsalted pistachios and not to get them confused with eating regular ones in the store that are roasted and flavoured. I roast mine and add a drizzle of Avocado oil. I do not eat these raw however in doing so, keep in mind that they are raw. Yes, they’re expensive but it’s the real deal! The pixs enclosed is after I’ve roasted them with Avocado oil. Enjoy to all u health nuts like me!
