I have been taking these for some time and sorry to say I have gained belly weight... I have no changed eating habits and increased exercise, but belly keeps growing, dang, what's the deal?update: after taking the whole bottle I gained weight. don't waste your money....

I can't speak for everyone but myself. I've lost 11 pounds in 2 months with these pills. Steady keto meals and water helped as well. Have to be consistent and patience is always a plus with any healthy lifestyle you choose.
