This pen is super amazing!  I was excited to receive it but wasn't sure what to expect.  It was ordered with Amazon same-day delivery.  And was delivered on time.  It was delivered in a bubble wrapped bag.  The pen itself comes with a super cute dinosaur box that got my son (who is dinosaur obsessed) super excited.  The box came with a pen, some PLA sticks (used to create items), templates, a plastic stencil cover, pen toppers, and an instruction manual.The pen itself works similar to a glue gun.  It takes a bit of getting used to in order to understand the flow and technique required to use it.  As an adult, I found it super fun to play with.  My son, who is nearly 4, easily got the hang of the pen at the second go.  This is part of being a child and learning not everything goes right the first go.  I used one of my sons' dinosaur books to create a blue dinosaur.  In the image, you can see that at first go, it turned out pretty well.  My son made an egg that came out beautifully.  I have waited a week to write this review as I wanted to see how the finished products lasted for a boisterous toddler playing with them.  I must say they have withstood him trying to break them.  I, therefore, must say this product is great for anyone with younger children through to adulthood.  It allows you to create your favorite things from a picture and use your imagination to bring them to reality.  I am sure in time, our skill will get better, but we are happy with our first attempts.  As mentioned the product withstands a child's full force at trying to destroy our creations.  I would definitely buy additional PLA sticks to have more color options.  The ones that come with are great, but we always like to have a full range of options.  I would definitely recommend this for a birthday or Christmas present.

I purchased this for my daughters birthday (7yrs old) and it is just so much fun.Setup is simple, just plug in a wait a minute for it to warm up, load your filament and start to draw.The item comes in a reusable storage box and has everything you need. The pen and a stand, power supply and cable, filament, a rubber finger guard and plenty of filament.There is a little bit of a learning curve to draw “well” but it’s not steep enough to put you off.If you are looking for something new and fun to try with your kids ( or even without them ) I would highly recommend this.Pros- great storage box- fun- plenty of filament- easy setupCons- would be nice to have a longer power cable, but not the end of the world ( and you can buy cheap usb cables easy enough ).

Absolutely delighted, I came across this when visiting my friend and her son has just like this, so I had to get one too as I knew my children will enjoy it! It's great, I must say I really enjoy it using it myself so it's absolutely fantastic and fun way to spend time with my 5 year old and make some awesome 3d structures. It has different colour led indicators, it is absolutely fascinating how it hardens almost instantly and I like the idea that it goes in sleep mode after 15 mins if not in use which makes it safe.

Great fun little product for my kids. We had a small little issue with the pen at first but got in contact with customer service and they sent out a replacement and it is working 100% well.Great customer service, quick to respond.The product itself is fun for the kids and they loved the dinosaur design.

My kids have had so much (supervised) fun using this. It’s amazing how technology has evolved and what this can do. Great quality and the possibilities of things you can create is endless. Great!

Order arrived on time as expected. The box was smaller than I thought it would be but it’s very well designed and looks great for storage of the pen. Haven’t used it yet as bought as a gift for my son but he’ll love it as it’s dinosaur themed and the filaments means he can draw dinos too!

An updated review now that my little man has used it, he absolutely loves itBought for my 6 year old, there is plenty of reel to make things from, nice and simple to use, definitely recommend

Bought for my grandson for Christmas: nothing about this product works. Ink doesn’t come out.... massive disappointmentAnd of course I bought it too long ago to do anything about it now.Grrrrr.
