Silicon Power 1TB Rugged Portable External SSD Bolt B75 Pro USB 3.1 Gen 2 with USB-C to USB-C/USB-A Cables, Black,SU010TBPSD75PSCKEU

I wanted an "external HDD" for recording TV programs on my LG OLED55E6, but I also didn't want yet-another-power-supply to run it. I wanted it powered from the USB port alone. And I also didn't want a mechanical HDD - you can hear these squeak/buzz as they do their thing. It worked perfectly, first time. I plugged it into PC first just to check it worked. It was NTFS and LG supports that. Deleted some warranty registration app folder to free up a bit more space. Plugged into LG praying the LG USB port provided enough power - and it worked! LG recommend "less than 0.5A" but the USB 3 spec should provide 0.9A max. Couldn't find power specs for this B75 so I hoped Bolt + LG played by the USB rules and they have. My first ever SSD and wish I'd bought another for my PC. This records/plays back HD TV flawlessly - the bandwidth of this far exceeds what comes over the airwaves so it should! Great value for money. I didn't want to spend too much as this data is not "important", but I didn't want to stray into "bargain basement". Comes with 2 USB cables, both rather short. Typically you'd plug this into a laptop so that'd be fine. But the drop from my TV USB port to a suitable resting place is 3 times as far. No problem - this SSD is nice and light so it dangles/rests on a nook behind the telly. There is an LED to show data transfer but that's nicely hidden from view. Very pleased, and somewhat relieved as I didn't know for sure it'd work with my TV.

Early days yet, but it's fast and easy to use

I am currently using this as a back up drive on my MacBook Pro. It is ludicrously Light and fast. It slips easily in my laptop bag and holds to travel. It isnt as burly as LaCie’s drives but SSD helps

MS Surface Pro 6 was getting above 90% util. sorted with this 1TB external drive.

Got this at a bargain price on a Black Friday deal and have to say so far it's been great, it saves large photos and videos really quickly, I like the feel of it, I think it will stand up to traveling around in my bag (I will probably buy a case for it though, to avoid getting crumbs in the ports). Similar 1TB drives from other brands seem to be nearly twice the price, so I'm super-happy I found this one. Reading up before buying, I learned that this is a new version of the Rugged SSD from Silicon Power, which I guess is why it doesn't have much in the way of customer reviews on Amazon, as that did initially worry me. But so far, I'm really happy I got this, it enables me to backup all my photos and videos to stop clogging up my laptop. Fab.

Excellent product which was delivered on time. The speed of data transfer is very fast compared to other usb devices I have used in the past.

This is fast for transferring big files and also to work off .

タイトルに書いた通り小さくて軽いので持ち運びに便利です。 iPhone16の写真バックアップ用に購入しました。携帯用にはケーブルがちょい長いのでもう少し短いのが付属していればありがたいです。 データコピーしていると本体が熱を持つのですが、途中で止まる事はありませんでした。

Ich verwendet die Platte zur Videoaufzeichnung an einem Sat-Receiver. Die Datenrate ist demzufolge nicht allzu hoch. Trotzdem gönnt sich die Platte immer wieder mal Gedenksekunden, was dann zu Aussetzern in den aufgezeichneten Sendungen führt. Für diesen Einsatzzweck ist die Platte daher wenig geeignet. P.S.: Am Sat-Receiver habe ich sie inzwischen ersetzt. Am PC ist die Schreibrate unterirdisch und bei größeren Datenmengen (wenige GB) weit langsamer als eine HDD. Ich kann daher von der Platte nur abraten.

Excelente vendedor, el paquete llego antes de lo esperado, el producto nada que decir mas que es exactamente lo prometido con respecto a las velocidades de lectura y escritura, por 130 euros, Silicon Power ofrece una SSD de la misma calidad de la competencia y a un precio inmejorable, esta hecho lo que parece ser aluminio que da la sensación de ser muy resistente, de un color negro mate muy bonito, un diseño muy cuidado y ligero, con dimensiones mas pequeñas que las de un smartphone para que se hagan una idea de lo que van a comprar, en mi opinión personal y aunque no haya probado otras SSD esta es la mejor en relación calidad/precio, en la caja viene la SSD y dos cables uno USB-C por los dos lados y el otro de USB-C a USB-A 3.0 aparentemente de buena calidad de los que son recubiertos de tela, el único detalle seria que la caja vino en un sobre de cartón de esos de Amazon sin ningún tipo mas de recubrimiento pudiéndose haber dañado en el camino por los golpes que le dan al transportarse, por favor cuidar mas este detalle y mas cuando son artículos como una SSD.
