This car seat is of very good quality and fits my 15lb schnauzer well. Bottom is a bit firm though so I would add a blanket or bed to it.

My dog is always trying to climb around the car or onto my lap. I was hoping by purchasing this, he would be contained and calmer. Upon receiving it, the seat seems very durable and is big enough to fit my small dog. (6 pounds.) Assembly was very quick and easy. This is able to keep him contained while we are driving. I travel a lot with my dog and I feel so much better knowing he is in the secured seat.

My dog NEVER sits still in the car and when I put his crate in the back seat he’s whines the entire time. Now he enjoys car rides. This seat was easy to set up and we both love it

The first time I used this, the dog tried to stand up in the seat, and it tilted, causing the dog to try to jump out, then getting tangled in the straps and finally getting out of the seat, while still tethered to it. The next time, I tied knots in the harness attachment until it was so short that the dog couldn't move. Then I found that if she leaned in any direction, the seat tilted in that direction. I had to monitor it constantly. It might work for a 5 pound dog that sits in the middle of the seat without moving. It didn't work for me.I also had trouble with the straps not staying tight. I used a paper binder to hold it in place. But even once I jerry-rigged the straps, the seat still tilted side to side, as noted above.

Unfortunately this seat was too small for my pup. She is 13lbs and probably 20” long. Even if she liked it, I don’t think she’d have fit comfortable laying-sitting up would be the only way. But she did everything except sit in it. However, it was easy to assemble and easy to attach to the car seat itself. I ended up returning it without any issue from the seller.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. This thing has no structural integrity whatsoever. The Velcro that is supposed to hold the side poles in doesn’t actually cover the end of the pole so they both slipped out of their places. The adjustable straps are too slippery to stay in place (I had tightened the one holding my dog in all the way and it moved 3 inches and she climbed out). There’s no way she could have been secure in this. Not to mentioned it basically collapsed on itself the second my dog moved. She’s a 7 lb chihuahua so it’s not like she’s over the weight limit for this thing. Thankfully I live around the corner from a pet supply store. Immediately purchased a much more secure car seat booster and sent this back. If you want your dog to be safe and secure in the car, DO NOT BUY THIS.

This must be the worst product i have bought for my dog so far. This car seat will NOT hold it's shape. The sides claps and all the straps almost choked my dog. I had to duck tape the sides in order to use the seat for few days but the duck tape even came off. I really suggest you don't buy this item. I contacted the seller and requested some credit towards a different type of car seat which they sell but I didn't even hear back from them. The time I purchased this, I was away and ended up having surgery and when I returned, the return time frame had past so I was stuck with this garbage. I wish the sellers had better customer service and would do something about their useless items. Do not buy it. Get something with more stury sides.

My dog,who weighs 9 lbs., really wanted to sit in this. I raised it up so he could see out the window. It collapsed. I could not get it to hold it's shape so he laid in front of it or stood with his hind legs in it. It's a nice looking unit but when it won't stay open and square it's of no use. The braces were all in and correctly placed but even they wouldn't stay put. I wouldn't buy it again and I would not recommend it to my friends. I was very disappointed. I'm now looking for one that had more structural integrity.
