Are these dye free and titanium dioxide free?

Titanium Dioxide is not on the list of ingredients, and the tablet is not bright white but is red/brown. I’m not familiar with ferritin. All I know is that this product works wonders for eliminating restless leg syndrome for me and is the one iron supplement that does cause constipation for me.
