This 3M filter housing is the MacDaddy! I’ve used several others and they’re all junk and were returned. But this, this is superior quality and a solid buy. You truly get what you pay for and 3M makes good stuff.It’s made in Italy, comes with the bracket and stainless bolts and washers for the bracket to be bolted to the top. It even comes with food grade lube for the Oring. Filters from common brands will also fit the housing, so there’s plenty of options for filters. Also it comes with a vent that you loosen and tighten. Not a cheap red push button that will likely leak.1” NPT threads make it simple for fittings and good flow. I really don’t have anything bad to say about it. It even has a two year warranty, at that point they want you to replace it with a new oneI certainly wouldn’t trust others on the market for that long. Heck, the Culligan leaked from the bypass valve the second I pressurized it with 50Lbs of water pressure from my well. It was the worst one of them all.Hopefully this helps others from the 3 days of headaches I went through, not to mention all of the research I did.Best of luck and stop buying all of that bottled water

This is a quality whole house filter. I had a filter that I purchased from Wal Mart many years ago and it began to wear out to the point where I could not install a new filter cartridge. The 3M is a breeze to change a filter, and it lasts about 6 months. Very solid product

No mounting bracket!!
