Probably the best budget BT 5.0 headphones on the market this holiday
These are my first bluetooth wireless headphones and my first foray into USB-C, and I do believe I am not disappointed. I pulled the trigger on these after some research into cheaper headsets/headphones with BT 5.0. Most headsets/headphones with BT 5.0 right now will cost you $100's, but these ones at $30 sounded great, especially with the backing of the reviews by other customers.PROS:-The build quality on these is great for $30. They have a bit of a premium feeling to them.-The earcups are soft and I did not get ear fatigue after a few hours of straight listening to music.-Headphones don't squeeze on my head tightly when up-BT 5.0 pairing was less than a second to my iPhone, which is amazing, both the first time and then from powering off/on.-Sound quality is great for the price of $30, definitely not amazing like the Bose's/Sony's you see in the stores, but again still great for its price.-Battery life is great, way better than what's advertised on consumer brand headphones-The included carrying case also feels like it's made of quality materialsCONS:-I did feel a little bit of a squeeze when putting them down around my neck. Just enough to be uncomfortable to me.-It also took some time to try to get used to the button placement on the sides.-Nitpicky, but could have done without the giant L/R on the inside of the cups-EQ modes were a bit confusing at first (product description lists them backwards from the instruction manual and actual cycle on the headphones). I enjoy using the Pop mode (bass EQ) for my music and turn it off completely for gaming.-The included USB-C cable is short, like 1ft. I'm already looking at buying some longer ones. The cons were really just nitpicky things, but overall I am satisfied with my purchase and look forward to using these headphones for the next few years.

Good for work, but volume level be ware
I purchased these to replace a pair of skull candy headphones i owned for 5 years. The first thing i noticed is that i love the fact that they charge with usb-c, since i can use my laptop charger. I also like how while they are plastic, they feel durable and not like they'll snap in my hands. I recently flew from SFO - BOS and they lasted the whole flight with intermittent listening.I think it's important to say, however, these are not noise cancelling. at best, they're noise reducing. I didnt purchase it for that, but it's good to know these things up front. also, for some reason, when i connect these headphones to my iPhone, the noise jumps up to 75. TOO LOUD!! i tried it on an ipad & a coworkers phone and got the same experience. This is not okay. All in all, i like the headphones, but will most likely try their noise cancellation next.

Exceptional customer service per initial review
These work well. The volume is very loud if listening to music and does block out noise also fairly well. The only gripe is it's fairly loose so when in a conversation at the highest volume, you can still hear the outside not necessarily through the headset but around the ears since it sits a little loose. If tighter, it would certainly block our more external noise. For its price though, I'm not complaining much.Edit: Update on February 2020I changed my original three star review to five for two main reasons.1. The original headphones still work perfectly taking into consideration my original review.2. The company reached out regarding my statement of the headphones not fitting perfectly. They sent a replacement which does seem a tad bit tighter and certainly fits better than the original.Bottom line, the efforts of the company to resolve a noted concern is admirable and appreciated. Also the product itself is working as intended and thus, five stars all around!

First Class Construction, Quality, Comfort and Performance; Great Customer Focus
These Letscom headphones are solid, outstanding performers. The quality and workmanship are first class. They fit comfortably, covering the entire ear, and the padding is soft, comfortable and does not get hot. They adjust easily to head dimensions, and to a comfortable positioning. The sound quality is extremely fine, with pleasing highs and bass notes. The controls Are simple and clear. The headphones charge easily and quickly, and battery endurance is excellent. I was amazed at how good these Letscom headphones are, especially for their modest price. They are a real bargain, and I am highly pleased. One more: I e-mailed Letscom about a pairing step with my cell phone that I didn’t understand. Letscom contacted me immediately and were clearly concerned that I was fully satisfied, and would not be having problems with my headphones. I really appreciated that! They contacted me again a day or so later to be sure I was experiencing no problems. I was highly impressed at their customer focus. Great customer support for great headphones! I am certainly well satisfied!

Worked great for a while, then failed to connect...
Started out great, and loved them. However, the Bluetooth connectivity degraded, and finally ceased to connect entirely. The laptop could still "see" them, but could not establish a connection. Not an issue with the laptop, as it still connected with a Bluetooth mouse.

updated: died within a month - Works okay, bad battery
Update: The headphones won’t even turn on anymore. They’ve just died out cold. I have no idea if i just got a bad one but i wouldn’t recommend you buy these considering i don’t use them everyday and they won’t turn on at all anymore within a month.initial review: i’ve been using these for two weeks now and while they do work as advertised, they don’t last for more than a few hours on a full charge. I don’t think i’ve ever used them longer than 4 hours before they’ve died and needed a recharge to turn back on. A major bummer when the battery is why you bought them. They’re fine otherwise but I wouldn’t recommend

It already stopped working.
It worked okay in the beginning although it took so long for pairing with my TV. Now it stopped working completely. It says "connected" but no sound comes out. I tried it again and again but it stays the same. The headphones say "connected" but I hear nothing. Considering my previous set from other company worked over 3 years, this set is totally disappointing.
