Yep, it's a sign, and it looks just like the picture. Can't put a price on safety, now if we could just get our employees to listen to the sign.

Good product, rotten return service
This product was good; however, once received we realized we needed a sign that said something else. Since I have Amazon Prime I thought, no problem I'll return these. The return is not really free as advertised. You have to bring to a UPS store. Our nearest UPS store is 45 miles away. The only option that works is to pay $7 for a label. Since Amazon sent my 8 signs in 2 packages I'd have to pay $14 for 2 labels. Ridiculous. Questioning why I even pay for Prime.
