Awful.
Got this speaker for travelling. Sounds great but after a short while of having it the battery life is awful. Lasts only 20 minutes from full charge.Also, speaker came without original box or instructions, just came loose in bubble wrap.Worst travel speaker I've ever had. Would give zero stars if I could.

Average sound but highly irritating
An average product for sound quality. It sounds nothing like a stereo product but the most irritating and defining feature is the absolutely useless voice feature.If you leave this connected it may take you up in the middle of the night to say "Low Battery" in an awful American accent.When the battery is close to flat it will keep repeating "Low baddery" ad infinitum.This "feature" alone means I will probably not but another JVC product

Brilliant overall
I think in this price range, this is an excllent speaker overall. Brilliant sound, albeit not too loud, but good enough for a small room and small party. I'll recommend this to anyone looking to buy a good all-rounder speaker.
