Excellent Portable Sound Bar
I purchased this sound bar to replace the broken stereo in my car, and for that purpose it works very well. The unit is well built, sounds good enough for my purposes, and has an excellent battery life and easy charging method. It immediately connects via Bluetooth to my phone. Very happy with this unit on almost all counts.Pros:Excellent battery lifeReliable Bluetooth connectionGood sound qualityGood build quality and fit/finishAesthetically pleasing formFlexible inputs (Bluetooth or aux)Cons:Bass is a bit lacking at higher volume levels, but not a deal breaker to me.When adjusting volume using the built in dial, I often accidentally skip to the next song. Would be nice to split up the functions of the dial a but more.

Don't keep it plugged in!
I bought this sound bar for my computer, intending never to unplug it. Thing is if you do that, you will be treated to an obnoxiously high pitched, whining/whirring hum that comes and goes at random while not playing any sound. The whine isn't loud, no. Just audible enough to make you think you're going insane. I thought it was my new hard drive but nope, it stops when I unplug the soundbar. My dog HATES the sound.Amazon Customer service says that the speaker is supposed to operate on BT only even though it's *capable* of operating while charging. So. All I can say is, buyer beware.Other than the whirring, whining hum- the sound bar plays music pretty well. It's not GREAT sound quality, but it's not cheap sounding, either.I'm not a fan of the controls. When watching YouTube on your PC, you have to turn it all the way to the right to increase the volume by a single increment louder and then have to turn it all the way to the right for another increment louder. Yet while playing music from your phone over Bluetooth, the same action skips to the next song. Completely daft design.

I’m not angry.. I’m just disappointed
These are the type of products that are a bit more difficult. You can’t test the quality of sound or see how the volume is controlled beforehand. I like the design but the overall volume control and inconvenience of bluetooth connectivity just wouldn’t allow myself to buy this product again. My recommendation would be a speaker that can automatically connect to bluetooth as a primary connection when the computer is turned on. Athe device needs to be turned off and on to roam for connection every time. The sound adjustment is also strange, rather than turning the knob right and left to get higher and lower volume, you need to hold the knob in a direction for a period of time which raises or lowers the volumes in strange intervals of 12-15 percent of the sound bar. I get this company was trying to be convenient or unique but this is a swing and a miss type of innovation. I wish I dished out more for a product that had gone through more R&D with more consumer convenience thought into the product.

WOW!! ELEGIANT 20W Wired/Wireless Computer Sound Bar
I was looking to replace some aged Bose Companion 2 computer speakers. In browsing Amazon, I came across this Elegiant mini soundbar and decided to give it a try. I had been using a Yamaha soundbar for my TV for a couple of years and liked the look and sound of a soundbar. When I paired the speaker with my phone (a very easy process) I couldn't believe what was coming out of this relatively small speaker - clean high and midrange sounds and sufficient bass to be pleasant. In fact I had about a dozen friends over the next day and was playing music in the background; two of my friends were so taken by the sound that they indicated that they had to order this Eligiant. speaker. I would highly recommend this speaker for anyone looking for a mini speaker with excellent overall sound. One caveat though, it is not intended to be a room filling speaker that could carry a party.

Decent Sound at High Volume, Mediocre Bass, Awkward Controls
The controls are awkward. Despite looking like a dial, the round button does not function like one. You have to trust and hold to adjust volume and briefly twist to change tracks. This, the "one-button control" actually requires more effort than if it had a true dial and separate directional buttons. The sound is decent for a desktop soundbar, but as expected, it doesn't have good bass. However, I expected at least better bass than I got. I've had other cheaper, smaller Bluetooth devices with better bass. The speaker can get pretty loud without much distortion. It would probably be pretty good for playing music at the beach or a pool party.Ultimately, I'm returning this because of the awkward controls.

Bluetooth 5 was incredibly easy and fast to set up, the sound bar really set itself up.
The Elegiant sound bar has a great sound for the price, it punches way above it's weight, I have been delighted with the performance which I did not expect for the price.

Elegiant soundbar computer speaker
Very neatly made, sounds good and tucks away below the screen.

Underwhelming
Not great sound quality and bluetooth seem to pick up interference.
