Great for Grilling
My wife got me a smoker for my birthday last year so I’ve been experimenting with different types of wood chips. I really like the smoking option of this particular apple flavor because it adds a really nice flavor into rotisserie chicken that we cook on the grill. These particular wood chips last a long time and so gives a nice flavor throughout the cooking time that our chicken uses. The size of the bag is a great value for your money, especially because it takes so long to go through the bag of chips for my smoking box. I like the quality of this particular wood, and this brand has not disappointed me yet.

Made for a great brisket
Nice and small. Clean chunks, fresh smelling wood making for great smoke. I probably could have gone hotter and refilled my tray a couple times, but was a good deal for what I got.

It Smokes
Not much to say but it smokes. Needed apple chips for my cheap Masterbuilt smoker for Thanksgiving Turkey i make every year. My Turkey came out very flavorful the way I prepare it as before, nothing left but stripped bones.
