Q: What kind of resistance could I expect from this machine? I am a bodybuilder and I’m looking for a roller that has good resistance.

The tension control goes from 1 to 8. I am very new to this machine, but I feel like I have to be on 8 to actually feel it. I don't know if that will answer your question. In general, I love this thing. Very easy to assemble even for one person. It is lightweight and does not take much room. I have it against my wall and just move the back end out when I need to use it.
