Is there a YouTube video to install this rain drop chandalier?

I don’t think so. I recommend laying out the wires with crystals in sections and install one by one. Do not pick up all the wires at once because they will get all tangled, which happened to me. I wanted to cry.

Did anyone have any luck with getting replacements for the broken crystals?
