Good quality and fun gift.
I bought this as a gift for a friend who is trying hard to be plastic free and very eco. She is very knowledgeable so hard to buy for but loved this gift. I won't know if the tips and ideas inside are ones she already knows or not until she starts to use it daily but fingers crossed there will be something new to challenge her. It is also a great gift for someone who is trying to be more eco friendly but needs a nudge in the right direction or new ideas.A well presented and good quality product. Came swiftly and well packaged.

A good unusual gift
Although it's expensive it is a very nice and unusual gift. I bought one as a Christmas present for a friend who has everything and is difficult to buy for! Comes in a nice box.

Environmentally friendly...
...which was important as it was to become a gift and the packaging was made of recycled card and, importantly, recycled paper appears to have been used too.The jar contains 52 helpful tips and challenges to encourage a sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle. The creator encourages you to pick one each week to try and learn to live by it or at least try it out once. The messages are quite helpful and you definitely learn new things.I like the way these aren't dramatic changes to your life, these are helping ease you into being a better person for the planet.I would recommend these for kids or adults! I like the idea of slowly taking everything in and finding new ways to help the environment. I love the presentation and the thought that's gone into the messages. A brilliant way to be introduced to having a better impact on the planet.I’m sure that the recipient of this gift will love it.If this feedback/review has helped in any way please be kind enough to click on 'Helpful' or 'Comment'.Thank you for reading my Feedback.

Awful product with ridiculous, non sustainable, expensive, non weekly challenges.
I was intrigued by this idea of a little jar of weekly ideas to help challenge myself to make changes which help protect the planet on a week by week basis... however, two of the first "sustainable" challenges I pulled out were not something you could necessarily just do at the start of the week and nor were they really challenges. The first folded card I pulled out said "If you need to use a car, consider swapping it for one with better gas mileage, or, if possible, an electric car"... so, not only is this not really "sustainable", it is essentially suggesting you "swap" or buy a new/different car!! Now I for one have a family and little money to put aside to just swap my car or purchase a new on at the start of a random week! This is not really a challenge either, but more of an expensive inconvenience for some people! The second card I pull out "If your phone or PC starts to play up, consider taking it for a service rather than buying a new one". Again, not really something that is a challenge, as most people would try to get things repaired first before buying new, especially if you don't have loads of money to spare for new stuff all the time! Also, it is not something that is likely to happen for a week or when you randomly pull this card out... hardly a weekly challenge. So after only the first 2 cards, I am not impressed by these "sustainable challenges"... so, I pull a third and this one is also laughable... "Whenever possible, try to avoid buying clothes which are made of plastic materials"... what? I have never bought clothes made from any kind of plastic in my life! Plus, who buys so many plastic clothes that they need to reduce their plastic footprint? I don't know who wrote these "sustainable "weekly" challenges", but they are some of the most ridiculous things I have read in my life!I am not impressed at all and don't think half of them meet the sustainable weekly challenge criteria at all and at £12.99 at time of review, for what it is, it is extortionately priced. This is an awful product, which is a complete waste of money... reduce glass and card waste by not buying it!.
