I’ve tried TONS of different meal replacement shakes. These are the best yet. I got brownie batter and ice cream sandwich. Both are fantastic. I add things to get different flavors. With ice cream sandwich you can add 2 tsp of vanilla or cheesecake sugar free, fat free pudding mix, or any other flavor you prefer. Also add concentrated root beer flavor to make a “root beer float”. Caramel flavoring, PB2 (powdered peanut butter) to make a candy bar/snickers flavor. (Flavorings usually found in the baking/spices section. PB2 usually in the health section).For the brownie batter flavor I add SF FF chocolate pudding mix for extra richness. Other additions can be mint extract for a thin mint flavor or the PB2 for rich PB chocolate. 1 1/2 cups Skim milk and 1 cup crushed ice gives a pretty decent consistency and makes about 16oz. I have a ninja blender so consistency will depend on the quality of your blender.If I don’t guzzle it, usually keeps me full for about 4 hours.

I love it, it taste great, it does take away cravings, I do see a big difference in my weight loss when it comes to the shake. This is my second time ordering this product, it has increased my metabolism and it curves my appetite tremendously, I drink it every morning for breakfast. I eat a healthy snack when i get really hunger, lately I drink the shake at 7:25 and won’t feel hungry until 10:30-11:00am. I do eat a light snacks, lately I haven’t been In the mood to eat anything heavy. I like the lightness of the shake and it’s not thick, I drink my shake with unsweetened almond milk and it still taste wonderful, I would truly recommend for weight loss, honestly I wish it last longer than 2 weeks, and I wish it had more protein. It works much better with diet and exercise, I have lost so far 10 pounds and still losing, This shake is recommended with proper diet and exercise

I wanted to try something different for flavor and this was pretty good. Blends well into milk and does not leave a bad aftertaste. Using for breakfast most mornings and I feel satisfied until right before lunch. I would recommend.

I liked the reviews, so I ordered. Taste reminds me of rolled fondant (that cake decoration stuff you pick off before eating the cake). It's hard to mask, even when adding things like coffee or fruit. It does a good job as a meal replacement though and blends well in a shaker. I don't see myself reordering when the can is done.

I love being able to satisfy my sweet tooth AND be healthy! In the last couple of months, I have been sitting on my couch with nothing to do but stay home and snack and it is time to get back on track and lose the quarantine 15! I was also shocked at how big the jar was! For some reason, I thought it was a lot smaller but to my pleasant surprise, there is a healthy amount of servings in each jar! I am glad that getting back on track will be easier because it will be something I also enjoy drinking!

Don’t listen to the reviews. They’ve been paid off. I bought this with my own money and the Cinnabon taste like actual sugar milk. You’d be better off making your own meal replacement. The amount of carbs in one scoop is ridiculous.

it smells amazing..taste not so much.

I was very sceptical at first because all of the other nutrition shakes that I have tried have been gritty or lacking in the taste department, but this one is ace. It is super chocolatey whether you mix it with water or skim milk. I have only been using it for a few days now, but I definitely feel full longer and I have had added energy. I think that I am going to be keeping this and other Cute products in my weight loss routine in the future.
