UPDATE: I finally snapped some photos in between polishes to show what I'm talking about. These are my bare natural nails, just removed the polish and rubbed some vitamin e oil on them. They would be longer than this if I didn't trim/file them weekly.I have been taking these collagen capsules for about 6-7 weeks now, I'm almost finished with my first bottle. (Taken as directed each bottle is a 60-day supply).So here is what I've noticed. I added these capsules to my nightly multivitamin routine and then kind of forgot about it, until a couple weeks ago when I started to notice some changes and was trying to think what I've been doing differently. Then I remembered: the supplements!I had gotten these in the hopes that my hair would grow in thicker, but I haven't really noticed that. Here's what I *have* noticed. My eyebrows and eyelashes are growing in better, it's not a shocking difference but definitely noticeable. My eyebrows have been growing in a bit more thickly, so it's easier to shape them and they look better. My eyelashes are longer and are growing in more evenly, I can definitely tell the difference when I apply my mascara in the mornings. Like I said, it's not a shocking difference, but noticeable.As for my skin, it definitely feels smoother and plumper, although I use a variety of other products on my face so I can't guarantee it's from the supplements.Here's where I really saw a difference: my nails. My fingernails haven't been this strong and healthy in years, I haven't broken a single nail in almost a month despite frequent polish changes and typing all day at my job striking my nails against the keyboard. I would say this is for sure the biggest change overall so far. I love it. There's nothing I hate more than breaking 1 nail and having to cut all the rest short to match just when they've grown out to a nice length. So I love this.Overall I give this product 5 stars because it has actually made a noticeable difference in a few different areas, more so than any other collagen capsule I've tried. The great lakes collagen powder also works really well, but measuring the powder every day and mixing it into water was a hassle and I kept forgetting it. Also these capsules are on the lower end of the pricing spectrum from the other I've compared them to, so I feel it's a good value. Just be patient because it took a few weeks of taking them every night before I started seeing results.I am going to continue repurchasing these supplements and hope that they eventually do for my head hair what they've done for my eyebrows and lashes 🤞

I take these every day. My hair and nails are growing like crazy. My joints seem healthier than before I found these gems. They are easy to swallow and have no real taste. This is the only brand I buy. I love the results and health benefits.

Seems to be helping my old skin revive. I’m 74. My neck looks better as does the skin around my mouth. I do use a cream as well.

Started a little over 2 weeks ago.Nice product and fewer pills to take which is a plus. Notice this is easy to swallow and no after taste like some can have. My skin does seem noticeably softer and nails appear stronger. Its still a little early to tell other effects such as to my hair and I did have a few breakouts so I may adjust dosage to see if that helps or just give it more time but overall I like these.

I have this collagen supplement on auto reorder. It has all the types of collagen needed, no fillers, easily swallowed & never had any issues with it at all. It's not overpriced. I have fingernail Dystrophy. Since taking collagen for the past couple of years, my nails are stronger w/ less ridges & irregularities.

I started taking this product over a year ago. I'm in my 50s and starting to feel more aches and pains in the joints. Read about different collagen products and this one seemed the best quality for the money. Started taking 3 a day as suggested and in about 3 months I noticed my hair started feeling thicker, smoother, silkier than ever before. I hadn't even anticipated this result, though I know collagen can be helpful to hair and nails. My brother studied Ayerveda and said that the hair is the waste product of the bones, so the health of the hair is an external view of the health of the bones. Well not all that many supplements you take that you get such noticeable benefits but in my case I did. As for aches and pains, harder to judge, I'm always pushing myself to the gym or for long walks so the aches/injuries persist. Interesting these capsules are large (but not as large as my BoneUp capsules) but very slippery compared to any other supplement or vitamin I take, and so they are easier to swallow than most. I will definitely continue to take these and if times get tougher and I have to start reducing some of the supplements I take, these would be about the last ones I would cut out. I don't post too many reviews so I feel strongly about the quality of these.

I have had a horrible time with my hair falling out/breaking and weak, peeling nails for years. Part of it is from my lack of thyroid gland (thyroidectomy at 30), and everything got worse after my hysterectomy in 2019. My doctor recommended that I start taking collagen, and I came across these capsules on Amazon. I chose Caribou Nutrition for a couple of reasons. The first is that it's made in the USA and manufactured in a GMP facility, the second is that it's hormone free. I have purchased two bottles so far, am absolutely thrilled AND I'm going to continue taking these for as long as they're around. My nails look great...they're actually long, strong, have stopped peeling and they grow fast. My hair has gotten stronger and healthier too. It's no longer breaking like crazy and the amount that is falling out in the shower, is a normal one (it was so bad before, I actually worried about going bald). And as an added bonus, my skin looks better too. This has honestly been a life-changer for me. Five stars, highly recommend.
