I have joint pains and other health problems and have been putting turmeric in my health shake that I drink in the mornings to help with the problems that I have, for over a year. It is wonderful being able to take this in capsule form, which I take along with my shake.This Tumeric with Curcumin and Biopene is by Renew Actives.Maybe it is common knowledge to some, but I learned that Curcumin, the main ingredient in Tumeric, is very difficult for our bodies to absorb. To help with absorption, Biopene (black pepper extract), is recommended, in order for our bodies to absorb the needed amount of Curcumin.Regardless of what brand you get, in my research, make sure that it says 95% Curcumin on the bottle and that it has Biopene, which this has.This has 1200mg of Tumeric (Curcuma Longa) and 100mg of Tumeric 95% Curcuminoids. Curcumin and curcuminoids are closely related as Curcumin is the primary of curcuminoid, or chemical compound found in turmeric. Turmeric contains two other curcuminoids: desmethoxycurcumin and bis-desmethoxycurcumin. Curcuminoids increase the ability of curcumin to dissolve, making it readily available for use in a supplemental form.Each bottle I looked at varied in how much Biopene they had, normally between 5mg - 10 mg. This bottle has 10mg.Inactive Ingredient: Cellulose (Vegetable Capsules).There are also other health benefits such as improving digestion, brain function & memory, promotes cardiovascular health, reduces inflammation, enhances immune, nervous system and etc.I really like that this is made in the USA, manufactured in FDA facility and has the Good Manufacturing Practice seal. It didn't do anything for me or my 91-year-old grandmother. I was hoping for miracles... I have an almost full bottle if anyone wants them!!I initially ordered a bottle for myself and my 91-year-old grandmother. She has severe arthritis in her hands, and I have arthritis in my knees. I read so many wonderful things about the health benefits, I thought, I'll give it a try. She got hers first and after two weeks she fibbed and said that they were helping some. I received mine the next day and started taking them. After a month, I asked if they were still working for her because I couldn't tell any difference. She then fessed up that they had not given her the relief she had hoped for and the pills were almost impossible for her to take. I told her if they weren't helping there was no need to suffer trying to get them down! She hates wasting money - even if it's mine lol.To my surprise and shock and delight - the company reached out to me. Since I was not 100% satisfied with this product they refunded me completely. I've been ordering from Amazon well over 10 years. I've been a prime member for at least 5 years. I've spent over 10K in a one year period on Amazon products. I have been on medication for osteoarthritis since 2007. I was very concerned about the long term affect of the drugs. In addition I took another pill because of the stomach problems the medication caused. The long term affect of that medication was also grim. I stopped all the medications two months ago and began taking Double Strength Tumeric. The results are incredible! It absolutely works. I highly recommend it.

My depression is gone! My hands open easier in the morning!!! Soreness in my body is leaving. I was skeptical but now I'm sold.

My husband is 80 and has dementia. I watch him closely for subtle changes in his cognitive abilities. i.e. When he empties the dishwasher, does he remember where things go? I don't think it's my imagination, but he has improved recently since taking this Turmeric supplement. I stated taking this product but only 500mg. vs the 1300l for my new order. I suffer from Gout, and take meds for this. The Tumeric has eliminated small flareups and overall reduced and virtually eliminated all joint pains be it gout or arthritis. At age 72 I am pain free and can enjoy all my favorite activities with out nagging pain.I have friends that also report significant improvement in pain reduction from arthritis.

This product is a lie.In this amazon page, they describe “1300 mg with 95% curcuminoids”.Look at the picture. In two capsules, it’s 200 mg of curcuminoids, and 1200 mg of regular tumeric.This is just straight up BS. There are many brands that offer pure curcuminoids and piperine. Why would the whole root be present in such a quantity? Or at all? This is absolutely misleading.
