Metal Bulldog Clips, 1.25 Inches, Pack of 20 (Purple)

I’ve bought well over 40 packs of these over the last 6 months, and was initially thrilled with them. Sometimes they were matte, sometimes glossy, but they were always excellent quality. Apparently they’ve changed suppliers, because the last 10 packs I ordered are garbage. They’re in a different bag and they’re all so beat up they look used. I had the same problem with a different vendor for this item, so I’m sad the place I could count on for good quality is no longer an option. You can see the difference in packaging and quality in the photos. The “good” ones are on the left. I wish there was a way to know which ones I’d be getting before I ordered.

I love the industrial look of the clamps, I wanted to use them to make a picture hanger for my daughter's room. The problem is they don't close that tight to hold the pictures. The clamps would probably be better used to clamp something that's not as thin

The size was exactly what I was looking for to put on my Menu Board! They hold nice and tight too! So happy I waited and ordered these over purchasing the silver in my local stores.

I saw an idea on Pinterest I wanted to recreate so I bought these clips and they work pretty well. If you plan on opening and closing these clips often than I would not buy these. If you are going to open them and close them just a few times then I think they are fine. The first time that I squeezed to them to open them it was like they were painted shut and had to be cracked open. So the look of them is nice, with a matte finish, however function-wise I would give them a 2 star

These are garbage and I can’t return them because they’re from a third party. I wish I would have known that prior to ordering. The clips are difficult to open and a few broke before I was successfully able to open one. They commonly break where your fingers go to squeeze the clip open. Waste of money. So disappointed.

When these arrived the first thing I noticed is that the paint wasn't the color as it was listed, it was a dull brown-red. The paint looked like it was done by hand with a paint can, when the clips are open the paint flakes off around the jaws...and when you squeeze the clips they tend to squirm all around. I was concerned about the paint quality and not being good, it isn't. This feels like Chinese junk. I wish I'd gotten plain actual stainless steel ones from a different vendor.Update December 2020. All of these are bent and all the paint has flaked off, they’re horrible. Please trust me these are junk, I threw them all in the trash. There are some large stainless steel ones about for a different vendor at the same time which is 30 and doing wonderfully, about a second side of those

ordered these to add to a photo display that came with only 6 clips. These are shiny, while the display s matte, however, unless you look closely, you really cannot tell. given the price, these are an excellent option.

Wow. I love how they feel. It has that great quality feeling and not plastic like. I know it’s metal hahaha. Good price. Using these for work to clip pictures and papers while pinning them on a pin board.

These may look very dinky but they are very strong. I would certainly get these again if I needed them. I definitely would recommend them .

Perfect colour and size for my needs. Very good clips with a good strong grip. I would buy these again with no hesitation.

Excellent value for money and look beautiful. A couple did break but for the price this didn’t bother me. Can be quite stiff but as you use them they loosen up, very happy!
