I don't have much to say about this.I am not a heavy person or a very tall person...I'm of average height, build and weight. This thing did not feel comfortable at all. It cuts in to my arm pits so badly!! I tried loosening it and tightening it. On top of the discomfort...I could still slouch with this on. The only thing I will say for this is it did relieve my lower back pain. Other than that, I do not recommend this product at all.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. Here's why:Pros:- Quality soft neoprene material.- Padded shoulders, not rubbing.- Straightforward to use.- One size fits all.- The most it's very useful for our long hikes, when gravity pulls you and you are tired. This corrector reminds you to keep your posture and you stand tall. This diminishes pain and discomfort due to poor posture.- It helps to regain correct posture during the day and body remembers this posture. You have to stick to it for a while to get best results.Cons:- None noted.- Although, a travel bag would not hurt.I am completely satisfied with this purchase and will definitely recommend this item to my friends and family.I am buying second one for myself.Thanks for reading!

I’m trying too hard to like this back brace. The materials used is definitely strong which matters for what it’s intend for, however with my frame-5’11,180lbs. This thing is impossible to put on by yourself. So unless you have a personal assistant or a patient wife who will help you daily put this on, well ....you know what I mean. But if are smaller in stature, this may work.

Ordered this after trying a yoke/holster style that only tightened around the chest and shoulders. That one would not actually pull my shoulders back, and this one does. A little uncomfortable depending on how tight you make the shoulders, but they include armpit pads to make it more tolerable. Also a decent back brace, so I can kill two birds with one stone.Great so far.

I prefer wearing this under my clothes. It's comfortable to wear. It doesn't rub my underarms like I was worried about. It's easier said than done to remember to sit up straight (lol) so I know this will help "train" me to keep my shoulders back. I have noticed that wearing it while I'm working has actually improved the way I feel. I sit at a desk all day and my shoulders and back are always in pain. Since wearing this, I've noticed my shoulders feel better - like not as sore. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The straps feel almost seatbelt like and dig into the armpits. The pads make it more comfortable but it's still hard to reach forward in this. However it does do a great job keeping your shoulders back. The adjustable waste and arm strap length is nice and the product does seem secure. I am able to curl my back forwards because it doesn't have boning in the back.

Easy to wear, comfortable, as comfortable as a brace can be I guess. I do feel less fatigue when standing for long periods of time when wearing it. My daughter has a slight case of scoliosis and says it feels good on but being a teenager she refuses to wear it because it is noticeable and she doesn’t want her peers to see it.

Although I still have back pain, I think this works to relieve the pain of my compression fracture and makes me sit and stand better. It's easy to put on and take off unlike other one I tried that had too tight velcro.
