There are really only 2 parts to assemble; the easel itself and the bottom rail to support your painting. The easel extends high enough to work when you are standing up and will collapse down to use as a table stand. if you want to sit. Toggle clamps for the height adjutement are easy to use. The front legs have two adjustable pegs that the bottom rail is slotted onto and this is adjustalbe to suit the spacing of the legs (wide range avaialble). The bottom rail also has a series of fold-out hooks and arms to hang a paint cleaning can and other items also a brush holder is provided. Make sure you tighten the thumbscrews supporting the bottom rail to stop it slipping while you are painting! The easel will accept a canvas to at least 20 inches high and much smaller canvas is still held securely.. Very light-weight and a carry case is included.

Little more sturdennes

My wife really likes this easel, she has ms so can't lift heavy things,+ we are in a dissability bungalow so space is a problem but this collapses into a bag about 3ins by 1ft 8. Only problem was it came with 2 pop on rubber feet not 3 and you can't use it on a tiled floor without because it slides arround. I asked her if she wanted me to return it but she likes it too much and is managing with just 2 feet on the front legs. So all in all a really good product but amazon make it hard to contact the seller without returning the easel.

I bought this as a present for my wife, she is thrilled with it! easy to set up lightweight so is easy for her to carry.If used in a on grass there are tether points on the legs, very easy to set up on if ground not level.Excellent buy.

Very small. Noted as "field easle" but would only be useful in a sitting position. The bottom rest for the canvas sits well below my waist. Instructions for assembly are very poor but it is not difficult to put together.

I don't paint all the time so I didn't want an easel that permanently remained in my room. I found this foldable easel which can be folded down and kept in the carry bag included. It's great for what I need it for and the price was a big bonus too.

i was suprised how good quality this is and how sturdy. i have been out with it twice in a garden and it is really good.

This is mostly an easel for sitting down painting. The most steady position is when the horizontal supporting stick fit into the small hole of the back leg, as in the first picture. In this position the height is 1.2m. When extended to the full height(1.5m) the stick is only attached to the back leg by the strap, so it is not as stable.That said, I'm quite impressed by the design. The legs are easily adjustable individually. It can stand on hard surface or grass. The sticks for paint box and the pen holder are quite handy.One minor issue, The bag comes with it is rather tight. I struggled to fit everything in when it's properly folded.

Zum Malen bleibt mir bei meinen zahlreichen Beschäftigungen nur sehr wenig Platz.Diese Staffelei findet ihr Plätzchen zwischen Sideboard und Nähmodellpuppe (ca. 50cm Platz dazwischen).Vorne auf die Ablagehalter einen festen Karton und schon ist Platz für meine Farben.Wundervoll.Ich habe nun schon Bild (40X50) Nr. 7 und 8 in Bearbeitung und er lebt immer noch wie am ersten Tag.Beim Aufbauen muss man ein wenig experimentieren bis man die Lieblingsstellung gefunden hat, aber dann ist die Staffelei ein echter Gewinn.

Al prezzo proposto non c'è niente che si avvicini. Molto compatto da chiuso, leggero e facile da montare/smontare, ovviamente la leggerezza ne inficia la stabilità, ma i piedini gommati aiutano molto ad aumentare la stabilità. Assolutamente consigliato.
