Will this work with my 08' MB C300?? If yes if I get a call will it stop playing music??

I have an '08 MB ML320. If you have the ipod option, it will plug into that. Yes, it does stop playing music when you get a call. That is a phone function. However, the phone sometimes picks the wrong audio output and you end up having to manually select the MB Phone System to hear the caller. Siri even works sometimes if you push the phone center button for activation. Overall, I am happy with it, though sometimes I do have to override between the phone, and this device. I think there is some amount of learning by the iphone on how to handle calls and music.

As long as you have the cable and connection in your for the older iPods (wider 32 pin connection I think) you will be all set. The device replaces your iPod, receives your Bluetooth signal from your phone and feeds it to your car. I have a 2008 Audi A6 and it works for me.
