My daughter has some UGG boots that she wore in the rain and they got wet and dirty. I ordered this tool to see if it would remove at least some of the dark spots and surprisingly it did a great job. They don't look brand new but they are now decent looking. I took other reviewer's advice and did not use the side with the wire type bristles. I only used the brush with soft bristles and the stiff rubber edge to clean the boots. Great product.

Just found time to clean whites salt lines from Black Ugg (knock-off) boots from last winter. As others have said, tool was much smaller than I expected, however did a great job removing white marks, with a bit of elbow grease. I like multiple cleaning edges it has versus just a rubber brush or just a scraper edge. Only 4 stars due to size. I would recommend getting this unless you are cleaning many pairs.

I’m sooo happy I bought this to care for my uggs and Birkenstocks! It gets out water spots, dust, toothpaste drips, and everything else I have accidentally dropped on them. When I first got my uggs I had no idea that you couldn’t get water on them and I freaked out bc I let a spot soak in. I thought I was going to have to buy a $60 kit and/or that spot was there forever. I tried another brush with two sides that was ok. All the different sides on this one make all the difference! There’s super soft bristles and then different eraser sides that are like magic erasers. I have fun using it (which sounds weird, I know). It had never not worked! Highly recommend!

This shreds the suede on my Ugg boots but also cleans them a little. You can’t use it often. LOTS of suede crumbs fall off with use of either brush type. Boots do look a little better after use but not fully cleaned up. The crevice option is nice and those parts work well. It’s better than nothing. The brush is sturdy and the price is ok.

Brush is strong and firm, I can see this definitely working on small edges and difficult areas to scrub off. It seems to be good quality that would last just know if your using it with a product that doesn’t lather or foam up it won’t stick to the strong bristles, it is small and portable.
