Prep the surface for best results
Holding strong after several months. Install was super easy to do. Just took a few minutes to clean the granite surface and then give it time to dry. Best solution I've found for anchoring my dishwasher.

Did not work, too thick, door jams
Replaced my counters with quartz. I needed a way to secure the top of my dishwasher, otherwise it tilts when pulled out full of dishes. With my dishwasher leveled, and the included mount hardware I was not able to use this mount. It was too wide and caused the door to jam and stop it from closing. I guess I could of dropped the adjustable feet on the front of my dishwasher but why do I want to make it unlevel.

So far, so good.
Granite was installed by pros and they wanted to use one of those wide and ugly sheet metal bars that has tabs to screw into the cabinet on either side of the dishwasher. Asked them why couldn't they drill holes and add inserts and they said no. So, I shopped around and found these. Installed myself in just a few minutes following the instructions provided. Only thing I would suggest you do differently is to peel back 1/2 of the red tape so that it hangs down and then use a pair of needle nose pliers to pull it off the remaining part of the adhesive backing. I didn't have any luck with my fat fingers pulling a tiny piece of slippery red tape.Just one caveat: You won't be able to use the dishwasher for 24 hours and you will need to be careful opening/closing the door for at least the first 5 hours. There was an extra page of instructions that came with the clamps with tips like that for a problem free installation. The instructions say it sets in 5 minutes but the extra page suggested otherwise. I also clamped mine for about 15-20 minutes doing one bracket at a time in case I had to make any small adjustments.I figure that even if the adhesive fails, the brackets can be epoxied to the countertop (and hope that any future dishwasher has the same exact mounting bracket hole locations).Edit: September 2019 - I would not recommend these if your dishwasher has the touch panel on the top edge of the door (as most modern models do). Due to the thickness of these brackets, there is not enough clearance/gap between the touch panel and the screw/bracket which causes the screw and bracket to hit the control panel every time the door is opened and closed eventually destroying the panel by shorting it out. I learned this the hard way after my KitchenAid dishwasher went through 3 touch panels in about 4 years now. If your dishwasher has front controls, it is probably OK but it still might hit the top of the door and scratch it. I have removed mine and converted to side mount after buying the third touch panel ($150 each). There is no way to simply lower the dishwasher because there is only "so" much you can lower the dishwasher and get it leveled properly. The legs on mine are in as far as they can go and it still hits. I guess if you could find a dishwasher with the controls dead in the middle of the door it might be OK but the controls on mine run all the way across and it hits both screws/brackets.

Greatest purchase
I had my dishwasher in place but never connected to our 2 year old counter tops in fear they would Crack when drilled. I hated my dishwasher because my bottom rack always fell off the track with its little rollers. I checked alignment when i would open my DW and never noticed any noticeable movement so dissmissed the thought. One afternoon I started researching how to attach the dishwasher to a quarts counter top without cracking it and stumbled across these clips. I figured what the heck I'll give it a try... Wow who would think something so small could change your life. I know it seems pretty dramatic but everytime my kids my wife our I pulled out the bottom rack it would fall down and cause frustration anger and hate for our dishwasher. Again, I know it seems dramatic but it really did drive us crazy... I ordered these clips. Got them 2 days later. I got my level, marked the location pulled off the red tape and held them in place with cosmos over night. Just to make sure and thought any improvement would be great considering the cost. It seemed fine. But I really wouldn't know until the dishes were full. I actually forgot about them until I got this request to review them by Amazon. Oh my goodness they are Great and work so well. I have had them installed for 2 months now and my rack no longer falls and my family no longer has this frustrating little stress added to our life. Great product, best purchase. Thank you...

Sticks perfectly on quartz
I've had these installed for about a month now and they're still working. They are much larger than I expected and therefore have a big surface area to stick to a counter or cabinet. To fasten them, I hand-pressed them into position and then clamped them for 4 hours. I think this is the trick to getting them to stick properly and not come off. The instructions say to just press and hold them for a few minutes, but I don't think that would create a good enough bond and that's why some reviewers are complaining that they fall off. Use some small clamps to hold them in place for a few hours while the adhesive sets and you should be good.
