Kichler 370041SBK Industrial Ceiling Fan Light Kit in Satin Black, 3-Light

So, I installed this on my black harbor breeze fan I bought from Lowe’s. The thing is it doesn’t really fit the way you’d expect it to so I had to think out of the box to make it work. I didn’t send it back because there is literally nothing out there made for black fan which I do not understand. If Harbor Breeze make a black fan then why don’t they make the light kit that matches? I mean it’s crazy. They have the white version and silver and even bronze but no black. Anyway, see the pics (which i cannot seem to figure out how to upload) on how to make this attachment work with your fan of a different brand. I also purchased the daylight bulbs rather than the ones that come with the fan as they are not led and aren’t very bright.On a side note, it’s also annoying that the bulbs are this strange size. I mean seriously who are the people that manufacture these things? Do they even live in normal houses?

I purchased two of these to be installed with two Monte Carlo ceiling fans. They were actually delivered earlier than expected. The packaging was form fitted; bulbs were included. All hardware was included, plus extra. The wiring for most of these is now snap together fittings as were these, making wiring a snap (pun intended). The wiring harness on the Monte Carlo fit perfectly. Took 30 min to install ceiling fan and light. Paint on all surfaces was smooth, no rough spots or thin areas from uneven paint. One was in black, for my office and one in white, for the pantry. Highly recommend.

I bought this light kit for my Hampton Bay ceiling fan. I was nervous because they are different brands, but the install was quick and easy. The bulbs are stylish, but not bright. I will use them until they die, then replace with some soft white LED bulbs.

We live in a 200+ year old farmhouse and our ceiling lights do not have wall switches. It’s very difficult to find pretty ceiling lights with pull chains and this one is perfect !

LOve the light but if you are trying to use this as a light source it won't work for you. Very, very dim. It uses candelabra light bulbs. I purchased new brighter ones at 15.00 each but the brightest you can purchase is 60w and hard to find if you want to keep this look.

Just as pictured, I absolutely loved it. I had to return it because it has ez snap wires, and my existing ceiling fan does not, so I needed an older model
