Easy to use
Worked immediately on a synthetic wig while following. Directions on bottle were unreadable because they are so tiny. But I was able to find directions on their website for how to use this product. Unfortunately, the wig ended up looking like something the cat dragged in. Not the fault of this dye. The color was an orange-ish brown and is not an appealing color for any application I can think of. But the dye did work and very quickly.

A bit yellow
I used this Rit Sandstone dye on an ivory colored synthetic fiber blanket (from Love Sac) that I had accidentally washed with a grey blanket after which it turned a weird dingy white shade. I prewashed the blanket and followed the instructions, using just 1 bottle of dye for the large blanket. I dissolved the dye in hot water and added it to my washer, which was already full of hot water. I let it mix a bit, then added the blanket, letting the washer run on the hottest cycle. The blanket looked very yellow after the dye cycle, so I washed again on the hottest setting. After that it was less yellow and I'm pleased with the result, although you can see it has a slightly yellow tone compared with the Love Sac ottoman I was trying to match. I think I could have used 3/4 of the bottle, or even 1/2 for a closer match.

Works Perfectly if you know what you're doing
I needed the dye to age the appearance of a white Lace Jabot into a classic ivory colour, to go for the more Authentic Portrait look. Always have a test piece ready! And remember that you have to use little amounts because white picks up any color quite effortlessly. I only used 2 drops of dye in the pot of water for the first test piece to come out offwhite, I added just a couple more Drops for a deeper hue but the second test piece turned straight up tan so I had to dump water and add more fresh water to dilute the potency of the dye. After only about a 30 second dip into the simmering water, the 3rd test piece was Perfectly Ivory!! I followed the same time with the actual Jabot And Cuffs, rinsed with cold water and I Couldn't be Happier with the results!

Its Okay
I got the Sandstone shade. It was definitely darker than expected, It looks lighter on lighter colors/clothes and darker on others. I dont blame the product itself I just wish the bottle more accurately depicted how the shade turned out

Follow the instructions and it will be the color listed
I followed the instructions exactly and was a bit worried when it first dried. You can see from the picture the fabric on the left that has more of a pink tint was before the final wash and the fabric on the right that is more true to the color is after the final wash. My fabric was white before dying it. I would say the color is a light version of the color listed on the bottle which is exactly the color I was looking for. I did wash it with some old towels just in case it bled but I am quite happy with it now that the dye has settled. Making a arcane cosplay for my neice and she already loves it.

Total waste of time and money...
This was supposed to dye to a sandstone tan. My two items came out a pale, dirty yellow color! Would not recommend this color at all. I use Rit DyeMore often and this is the first that has not dyed to the advertised color.

Worked Great!
I ordered a chiffon-like bridesmaid dress from China (lesson learned). It was supposed to be champagne colored. It was white. This would not work, for obvious reasons. They wouldn't refund or exchange the dress, so I had nothing to lose in trying to dye the dress. Still, I was nervous because of the reviews on here saying the dye was red. I had to use the bucket method (pouring boiling water into a bucket instead of keeping on the stove) because I didn't have a big enough pot, but it still worked! The dress is true to the color of the advertised color on the bottle and looks beautiful. There were initially some small red splotches (concentrated dye) that were pretty noticeable on the dress. I think I may not have stirred the dye well enough before putting my dress in. However, while the dress was still wet after dying and washing it, I took an oxy clean solution and went over the splotches with a q-tip and thankfully they disappeared. I'm so grateful for this dye and the fact that I don't have to buy a new dress. Attached are before and after pics.

Used it to dye some white fleece was very good

Came unsealed and missing some ml. I usually have great success with buying Rit from Amazon. I’m not able to do returns and stress over that stuff. Just disappointed. The other dye from rit in same package was fine. Oversight, I guess.

Best dye product but it's expensive since buying new clothes will cost more less then the dye.
