Is this fire proof or at least fire resistant?

The outer casing of the product is a paper-wrapped plastic that is not fire resistant. The inner hidden part is metal, and the fire cannot be burnt out. However, because there is a gap, it is not a closed space, so it is impossible to rule out whether the fire will burn into the interior.

Put items in a fireproof or fireproof/waterproof bag (they sell them on here and are inexpensive) then put inside box :)

Key isn't opening or turning the lock what do I do ?

We had the same problem. Luckily we had nothing in there and we just ended up throwing it somehow the locking mechanism moved without having to change the code or anything and then we are stuck not able to open
