Review: Love this particular brand of sour cream - I was not a big fan of sour cream and, in fact, thought all brands fairly interchangeable until trying the Organic Valley Organic type of sour cream. Good gracious. I don't want to use anything else now. My family loves it best with lamb tamales, baked potatoes, and chips. While there is a lot of variation in thickness of the cream from week to week, it is consistently some of the thickest and richest tasting sour cream I've ever had. It's mildly sweet, and stands up well when asked to make a tall dollop. Absolutely 10/10 will buy this where I can find it.

Love this particular brand of sour cream
