I had a surgery a few years back and at the time, I looked for the most comfortable way possible to walk or stand, which was not stretching the area. And it ended up ruined my posture. Since then, I've been working hard to stand up straight, or to seat correctly, but I often forget about it and end up with a hunched over position again. I hate when I see pictures of me looking like that.This posture corrector is simple and very easy to use. It doesn't have to be strapped over my upper abdomen, which I find it to be a little uncomfortable. It is strapped over the sholders, like a backpack, and forces them back, in the right position for a better posture.I wear it for a couple of hours a day over my clothes, when I am home. But I also wear it under my winter coat, when I have to run errands. But I plan on increasing the time gradually, so I don't get my back so tired.I needed to be constantly reminded to walk up straight and keep a good posture. But now this simple posture corrector do just that for me.

Maybe I’m just too big for this product but the straps cut off my blood circulation and turned my arms blue. If I loosen the straps, then I still slouch. Maybe wider straps would work for plus size customers like me.

It provides decent pain relief, however the straps under the armpit cause almost more pain than I was experiencing from my back. It also stretches out very easily which could be good if you need a little extra room but ends up causing constant retightening.. overall I’d give it a 2.5/5 but it works for 10-20 minutes

I bought the largest size I could get and found it was too small for me to put on. I am 5'9" and would consider myself medium-sized for a male.

My back hasn't hurt since I got used to using it. The first few days, I was a little sore but after that, no pain, even after playing golf.

This posture corrector feels very good and comfortable when you putting it on, it's durable and easy to wear. It also has an elastic band to adjust the length.

It does help in correcting posture and relieving pain, but sizing makes it very uncomfortable.
