Is this product compatible with all Xbox consoles?

Hi, It wouldn't be compatible with any XBOX consoles. I'm afraid we do not have any headsets that would function wirelessly with xbox at this time. If you have any other questions, please reach out: support.corsair.com

Do you have to charge the headset to use it wirelessly?

Yes but don't let that put you off as you can leave them on charge whilst you sleep :) You will also need to buy a separate usb wall charger plug to charge via an electric wall socket (a plug isn't included but I bought a generic one off the shelf at a supermarket quite cheaply as I didn't want to wait for delivery). I think the headset charges quicker when plugged into a wall socket rather than a computer. Also, if you turn the lights off the headset when in use then the battery life is significantly longer - depends how important the lighting capability is to you.
