The statistics showed drastic results!
Magic product! I use the app called Sleep Talk to record the sound during my sleep, mostly snoring. As shown in the picture, before I use the product, I had 77 records a night and afterwards, it drops to 23! I also feel a lot better when I wake up

Comfortable fit. Pretty effectice
So this thing is wierd when you put in in. Of course it feels gross at first because youre thinking about it but but after a couple of minutes you forget. I git this because my gf couldnt syand my snoring. I would get kicked out of bed and made to sleeo in my own home lol. But she says she sleeps easily when i have this on. You only really need 1 size but it comes with like 5. to be clear. Yoj do still snore but on a much lower volume. I still snore juuuuust enough for my gf to hear me but its only when our rabbits jump on the bed. So. It deoends on sensitivity but all in all 5 stars for me

Less wife complaints = better life
I have snoring problems so wife ask me to do something about it and so I did... this little clip doesn't really feel comfortable at first but I had gotten used to it. And guess what? One less thing that the wife complains about lol

Stupid
Stupidest thing in the world. Comes in small plastic case, there are 3 different pieces. Instructions on 2x2 card doesn’t tell what piece goes where or how. Just tells you to put in and will get use to. Threw mine away.

a bit expensive if only need one pair..
out of all that came in the set I only use 1 pair thats all that would fit comfortably for any length of time, the price seems a bit excessive given you might only use one pair... they also can be difficult to clean the silicone stains easily if you are a smoker...

Does not stop snoring just breath right help
This is useless as an anti or stop snoring device. It fits comfortly to keep nasal passage open but does not stop snoring.
