First of all.. this slide is huge! It is Bigger than what I expected! We did receive one that was defective (it happens) BUT I reached out to customer service right away and they were so easy to deal with and sent out a replacement asap! No shipping back ect! They were hands down the best I have worked with and stand by their product! I will most definitely be going to them for future bounce house purchases and needs! Highly recommend om every level!

So we have had this slide for one year, second season bringing it out and it’s is unbelievably sturdy and durable, SERIOUSLY... I’m not joking AT ALL...we have had full grown adults! and many children of ALL ages on this thing...and it is amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend this slide.Just a tid bit- we bought two BIG A tarps to go under and over (30”x40”ft): $100 total AND a $150 gallon storage $149.99...All from amazon.com...And the blower lasted one season...... and had to get it fixed this year, $25 at our local store... bad GFI (it quit working the day we put it away!) but it says NOT to use extension cord, but who can plug a slide 15-20 feet from their house? Idk...BUT the slide is the best I could imagine.. it’s huge and the kids absolutely love it!The blower however, get a warranty or have a handy store close by to fix that stuff, they are at least $100 to replace ..I am a REAL customer naming a REAL review because when I looked for 5 days at a million slides I looked at reviews so here is mine...Look at spending almost $1,000 for slide, protection, cleaning and storage.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this on July 21st and got it on July 26th. We opened it on July 27th and connected everything and filled the air. The first time blowing it up there were multiple leaks. Not small air leaks either powerful leaks that you can hear. My kids have been waiting for this slide, so I didn't want to go through the return process and wait another week to get a new one. So we kept it. As my kids played on it water was bubbling out of 40% of the seems. I wanted this to last my kids a few years but after day 3 (July 29th) it already seems like the air isn't holding as well. When I went to store it after use the inside had water in it that I couldn't get out. It went in through the seams and I cant get the water back out through the seems. I definitely do not recommendI spent $500 to only be able to use it 3 times. All kids are under 60 pounds. It is very large and looks nice. The slides are super fun for the kids For the few times we were able to use it. It looks just like I expected it to look. I had high hopes for this. I looked through 100's of inflatables before choosing. I was fairly disappointed in this purchase because it wasn't a cheap product so I expected it to function properly. I have 30 different videos of all the problems but it will only let me post one.

This is so worth the money! We live in the country a needed something fun for our kids to do out here. While I hated to spend this much money on a "toy" I'm so glad I did. This thing is HUGE! Literally provides hours of fun for them. The only down side is there's no drain plug for the middle area so we have to use a bucket to get the water out. I would absolutely recommend this water bounce slide!

This is good quality and can even handle "big kids" like mine. My kids are 8 and 10 and they are tall. This unit has plenty to "do" and it can be wet or dry! They can play while I work. It is sizeable so you need to pay attention to the dimensions. Its not a square or rectangle and you need at least a 20x20 space to be able to angle it so that the blower and your hoses can reach it.

Easy to use and inflate. We have had 6 kids on it at the same time and it holding up well. Down fall is that you have to dry it really well before storage! Other than that we love it and it was totally worth the money!

this is a biggie. great for kids up to probably 10 years. need room to set up and a place to store as it is bulky. shallow pool (3-4 inches) at bottom so relatively safe but not for unattended infants

We have used this waterslide 3 times and it already has a tear. I'm hoping it will last all this summer for my childcare school age kiddos!! They are absolutely enjoying this waterslide.
