Gluten-Free Cookie Mix, Non-GMO Project Verified, Certified Kosher, Non-Dairy, 16 Oz

This gluten free cookie mix is amazing. In my opinion, the taste and texture is comparable to a conventional cookie from a bakery. We always make them with dairy free chocolate chips, but I’m sure that they would be great with other mix-ins. We use dairy free butter and egg replacer to fit the dietary restrictions in our home and they still turn out so great. This has been our go to gf cookie mix for years and it’s great that I can easily order it even when it’s not readily available at my regular grocery stores.

I rarely like gluten free desserts, but you’d never know these cookies are gluten free. They are delicious! I’ve ordered them several times, and friends have no clue they’re gluten free! Love them!

Love these cookies. You do have to add some add ons though. I tried them without and they were ok but with add ons were very good. I added 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup coconut and 1 cup of nuts.

OK, here is the bottom line. These cookies were fantastic about 6-7 years ago. Not greasy. Then, they decided to make them gluten free. They tasted like, well I can't say it because of expletive filters. Here we are 7 years later. Gave them a try, as I am a forgiving person. Sort of. They NOW taste just like the good old days. Even with the stupid Gluten free mixture. Come on, with all the problems in the world, we have to be concerned about something called "Gluten". Gluten free is SOOOOO played out. Just eat it. You won't die. "Caveat" - you have to add your own chocolate chips, as the mix is chocolate chip free. So for all you Gluten free addicts, you can eat them to your hearts content, and me too even without the toxic gluten in the mix. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I found out I had a gluten intolerance years ago and started the nasty business or finding foods that still taste like food. I’m told it’s much better than a decade ago but I’m still not a happy camper about all the changes to my diet. King Arthur Gluten Free Cookie Mix is the one thing I’ve found that is actually better than to junky (= yummy) products. For a while I would make a grip of ready-made chocolate chip cookies for my family at the same time so I could keep mine to myself. But I kid you not, these are better than anything Nestle or Pillsbury can offer! I now mix up a double batch so my family can share in the goodness. Back off; I’m deprived of everything I love - these cookies are one of my only comfort foods! The price is higher than what I’d pay for one of the other gluten-full options, but even without the health benefits, the taste is worth it!! * I personally add half the recommended amount of chocolate chips and find that’s perfect. The cookie tastes so good, you don’t have to add so many extras!

This is a good gluten free batter, however I wish they contained the chocolate chips! For the cost, they should. But it just comes as plain batter mix and you must buy separate & add the chocolate chips, fruit, nuts etc.. it’s a good amount of batter and the texture is close to homemade cookies! Overall a good gluten free option. Just make sure you have bits to add in!

My daughter has celiacs. I buy her these when I have parties. She loves to make them and they are really good!! They are a little on the expensive side but well worth it.

The cookies are delicious. And it's important to me that they are gluten-free. They are easy to bake. This is only my second time baking cookies, but I've already bought two packs. And I plan to keep buying them.
