I rarely post a review, but I thought I would for this product to thank its designers. Indeed, this rigid brace has been very useful in managing my torticollis. It was due to lousy positioning when working with the laptop for too long. The instructions for the brace are in Chinese, but they are not needed. The device is ultra simple. The screws on the side allow adjustment of the brace for maximum support and comfort. I still use it from time to time preventatively, especially when I need to spend long hours on the laptop.

It does support your neck but I would only use it in short periods of time

For me this support actually made the pain much worse.Got a massage gun instead and this eliminated my pain massively.

Purchased for my sister who’s has been wearing it for short periods at a time, she mentioned it being uncomfortable at the side where something ‘dug into her skin’ however if she comes back to me with an update be it positive or negative I will edit and update the review
