I am a 24 year old college student who goes to the gym 3-5 a week. I am 6ft 235. my only problem is that I have a guy, i use this product to help reduce my belly fat. this product works KEY PART OF THIS IS DIET DIET DIET!! some people just dont get it. you must burn more calories then you intake daily to lose weight. this product makes me sweat more, give me a small energy boost (from caffine). everytime i rub it in my belly i dont know if its dead skin or bellyfat coming out but something comes out when i rub it in. i like this product and it has helped me reduce my belly fat. it will help you lose weight in problem areas but.....YOU MUST BURN MORE CALORIES THEN YOU INTAKE!!!!!

It's hard to say if the product works or not. There is a lot of debate on topical yohimbe and what it actaully does and doesnt do. Yohimbe is a stimulant much like caffeine or ephedrine. In general, when yohimbe is applied topically, it is supposed to increase blood flow to the area which in turn will allow more fat to be released into the blood stream to be oxidized. IT DOES NOT BURN FAT. Please know this if your looking at this or any other topical Yohimbe product. The purpose is simply to allow greater blood flow to 'stubborn fat areas' which generally have higher concentration of alpha inhibitors and lower blood flow. You have to exercise to increase your heart rate and blood flow in order for topical yohimbe to do anything and diet is key as well. It you use this product and do nothing, you will just smell minty all day and stay fat. If you use this product prior to working out(especially cardio) than it very well could help reduce fat in the stubborn areas with low blood flow.

I bought this to prove it was not possible and big surprise, it's not. Many say it could be a placebo effect and it is. I ran bottle applying 2 times a day in a controlled study. No difference is noted.

Product works. I used this product with morning cardio and hot yoga in the evening. I sweated alot more than usually. I had to increase my water intake.

this definitely works, i am a 21 yr old female and had a baby a year and a half ago, since the baby i have had a little bit extra fat around my butt/hips/thighs region. no matter what i did to get rid of it, endless exercise, always watching what i eat i couldnt get rid of it.this product will only work if you have less that 1o% body fat, tho just like yohimburn. if ur 2o pounds overweight this is definitely not going to work for you, also it works better if you use it before you exercise.

The product was received but the container was leaking upon opening the package.

I got this product two months ago and I started working out at the same time, so I was not sure about the results. After the second month I stoped going to the gym and the LipoDerm was doing the same job by it self. I am on my second bottle! Great Product.

It works on localized fat, my abs are getting ripped fast than ever, but you have to do some excercise at least
