I have used this off and on for several years and it consistently works to jump-start any dieting and exercise routine. It helps to curb my cravings, reduce puffiness in my face, and I inevitably lose several pounds during each round of taking this cleanse. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who is wanting to start a healthier lifestyle but has trouble getting started, or just needs an occasional boost after eating something heavy.

Good quality product. It does an excellent job cleaning out my digestive tract when I’ve accidentally eaten something I am sensitive to.

I had used another version of this product called Colon Cleanse which I liked a lot but I could not find it available for sale here. Hence, I gave this one a chance but my tummy did not liked it very much. On the other hand, my mother used it as well and she liked the product a lot. As every health product, results will vary depending on each person's metabolism. I will however recommend the product for it's high quality.
