The media could not be loaded.  This smart diffuser is really good, I wanted it to kids room as air in winter is very dry and they woke up with dry nose and I must say it really works, I can operate that easily from my phone which is very easy too. Also I can add essential oils into the water for example eucalyptus when they struggle with cough or blocked nose, looks good and is easy to use

We’ve had a small unit for a while now, and while serviceable I’ve noticed some drawbacks. Due to the small surface area the oils tend to diffuse rather quickly, giving you perhaps and hour or so of decent fragrance. On top of that I noticed that the majority of the oils tend to build up on the underside of the lid, unable to be diffused.With that in mind we decided to upgrade to a slightly larger unit. I’m happy to report 4-5 full hours of fragrance dispersal, helped I believe by the delivery method. It creates a flow inside, with the output on the opposite side of the diffuser module. This seems to prevent the buildup I’ve noticed with smaller units.The unit itself is very pretty, and very well made. The lighting options are subtle and attractive, and it’s very quiet operation. The power supply is well made of robust plastics, with strain relief included. I usually replace cheap power supplies immediately but this one passes my safety checks.The smart features are painless to set up, pairing with your network is a doddle and I had it set to turn on/off depending on our location easily. Our lights, heating and now diffuser are all automatic. It’s all very futuristic.Bottom line; if you want a pretty diffuser that can chooch away all afternoon with minimal input, you can’t go wrong with this one.Customer service is top shelf too.

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE: 6 months on and I’m a bit disappointed!! The diffuser and app still perform well, but the structure of the diffuser itself has started to disintegrate, particularly, the lid. The wooden outer fascia has started to warp and is now held on with sticky tape… not a good life-span for a rather expensive item in it’s field/genre.I have quite a few different smaller capacity (500ml) diffusers, compared to this 2L one. It came well packaged with a UK plug adapter (some reviewers said they didn’t get a UK adapter). Despite being a large capacity diffuser, it doesn’t seem too large in its physical size (it doesn’t seem 4x the size of my 500ml ones). The lighting is quite subtle, so won’t keep you awake at night if used in a bedroom. It is very quiet, even when operating at the ‘super size mist’ setting. It was extremely simple to download the Tuya Smart app and pair my diffuser with the app and my home Wi-Fi… it’s been working like a treat, since I got it at approx. 6pm today!

If you are into diffusers you will like this one. It did take a few minutes to get it all set up and going. However the diffuser itself lets out a good amount of vapid and felled the room with scent fairly quickly. This diffuser worked good in my larger room which is 30feet long, quite often smaller diffusers don’t cut it in my big room. I keep the smaller diffusers for the bedrooms and kitchen. The tank is huge, you can hold enough to run all day and longer. I have topped it up each time, so not actually sure how much it takes. I kind of feel the light could be brighter, but you can’t have it all.

The media could not be loaded.  Wow this is one serious diffuser! Incredible quality and this baby has power! Very well made, very solid and sturdy. The LEDs are much less bright than in others but I believe this is intentional. The light gives a subtle , calming effect rather than lighting up the room. Connected to the app instantly and the same with Alexa. The only thing that puzzles me is this has 3 mist settings, yet only 2 (regular and strong) are available through the app. You have to manually press the button to get 'medium'. Seems like a very simple, silly, yet important thing to leave out but the quality and performance of this device more than compensates for this. Also, as the app and firmware updates quite regularly, this may be added in the future so don't let it put you off.The scent is so strong at full power it fills an entire house! This is powerful enough to be used in a very large space. I tend to keep it on the low regular setting and increase the output for a little while now and then just to give a fragrant boost.Very impressed!

I have returned this item after receiving it as I believe the product was not the standard it should have been. The quality of the materials are good, however the plastic lid (which is fine), is very rigid and doesn't fit very nice onto the base.There are indeed 2 piezo-like inducers in the device, however, there needs to be sufficient water (a lot of water) for it to reach the second one (as it is stepped up).The light is quite dim, but is nice and welcome. There is supposed to be 3 different settings for the amount of water diffused, I however didn't notice much change between the settings.I'd say the flow is close to 100ml/h but your mileage may vary. There is indeed a cloud button to turn it on, and it is very clicky.It makes an electronic noise when off, even with the lights off, which is a bit worrying and isn't nice to listen to.Just a little note: you can connect to Alexa, but I couldn't as I couldn't find the MAC address of it from the app (which is a problem if you need to enter details to enable WiFi on certain devices).Product works well, and is a decent size, but this product isn't for me. The flow rate is good, but the device is very large, and you can't direct the flow much.On sale this would be a decent purchase.
