The best Instant Pot accessory package. High quality and a great value!
There are many Instant Pot accessory kits on the market, but this has to be the best of the best. The steamer basket is my most used tool, indispensable for boiling eggs, making broth (simply lift out bones, veggies, herbs) for instant straining, and cooking potatoes and vegetables with ease. With its handle and feet, it is perfect for washing fruits and veggies as well as rinsing rice. The handled trivet fits snugly around my push pans, spring form pans, and cake pans. Instant Pot cheesecakes are unbelievably easy and delicious, and with this trivet, you can lift out the pans with ease. Same goes for the lasagnas, taco pies, and even breakfast oatmeal made with “pot in pot” cooking. But you can also use it for larger vegetables like big heads of cabbage or acorn squash. It is a versatile substitute for the trivet that comes with the IP.The easy grip pot holders are my go-to accessories for handling hot dishes and pans, not just in the IP, but also straight out of the oven. Not all silicon pot holders are made out of the same high quality silicon. When you are grabbing a hot cookie sheet, your hand will feel the difference! For egg lovers, the egg bite tray will help you make Starbucks style egg bites, at a fraction of the cost. It can also be used for bite-sized mini muffins, brownies, cakes, or cornbread. If you prefer poached eggs, look no further. Simply crack an egg into a greased egg cup, and steam on the trivet in your pressure cooker for a few minutes. Perfectly cooked with a minimum of fuss! (No more dropping raw eggs into swirling boiling water!)The utensil holder, also made out of the same high grade silicon is a step up from a regular spoon rest, and helps to keep my counter cleaner as I am cooking.Buying each of these items separately could add up. This package is a great value. But a lower price is meaningless unless you are buying high quality products. Hatrigo products are the best, and I buy them with confidence, knowing that they use above industry standard materials.I have purchased many accessories for my 3 Instant Pots, but Hatrigo is, by far, my favorite company. ( I have ended up donating or discarding products from other brands that didn’t measure up to their standards.)They have the best customer service of any company I have purchased from on Amazon. The respond right away to customer questions, stand behind their products, and welcome feedback to help them develop new products and improve their old ones. They are a small family company which I enjoy supporting. You really get the best of both worlds with Hatrigo products purchased through Amazon!

Perfect every time!!
Not sure why people are saying they are hard to clean. They must have them turn wrong side out. They shipped to me turn inside out with the bottom lip on the inside of cup. That would make it very hard to clean! I sprayed the cup with a shot of oil and swirl it around and the eggs came out clean. I did a little experiment to see if swirling the spray was necessary. I made one egg without swirling the tiny bit of oil around the cup before cracking egg in and the egg did stick to the side of the cup.So, I would recommend that you swirl spray around cup before adding egg. They have come out Perfect every time with no trace of egg left in the cup!!!Also, timing does take practice depending on size of eggs & mount of water put in pan. I did add my cups after water started boiling, when the toast was doe so were the eggs...Aprox. 4 mins, but I use large or jumbo eggs.

A bit flimsy
I purchased these egg poaching cups because they looked like they would be perfect for poaching eggs in the microwave. When I got them, I was a bit surprised as they felt somewhat flimsy. They are made of a very nice silicon which is easy to clean, and they are microwave safe. The only issue I really have with them is that when you put them into the microwave and especially when you take them out of the microwave, they do tend to bend and could become an issue with the fact that the water and egg are both very hot. So, I have only used them once because of that reason. Other than that, they work great.

Quick and easy to use
The Hatrigo Silicone Egg Poaching Cups arrived in the mail today and within 15 minutes I had them washed and ready to poach eggs in my Instant Pot for an egg & sausage biscuit lunch. They worked perfectly. Recipe for Instant Pot poached eggs: Brush olive oil inside each cup, crack an egg into each cup, put 1 cup of water into Instant Pot, place rack in the pot, set poaching cup(s) on rack, seal IP lid, set to manual (or pressure cook), for 2 to 3 minutes depending on the size of the egg(s) and how you like your yokes. When pressure cooking is complete, do a quick release and your poached eggs are ready.

SILICONE CUPS
Easy to clean. Only complaint I have is trying to get the egg out of the cups. If I use them in boiling water and try to get them out using tongs the egg slips out into the water. The cups work fine when used on a rack in my Instant Pot. Take entire rack out and then slip the egg out onto a plate or toasted bread,

Super Easy to Use and Clean
This is so easy to use in the instant pot. Perfectly poached eggs and perfectly shaped. Just spray the cups with cooking spray, add 1 cup water to the instant pot, put in the metal trivel tray thing, crack an egg into 1-4 of the cups, and add the cups to the instant pot. Cook on high pressure for 4-5 minutes (I like 5 min in mine - they come out a little runny but not soupy), you may have to try this a couple of times to get it right). Immediately release the pressure and remove, sliding the egg onto a paper towel. Voila, perfect poached eggs.I've not tried this on the stove but I believe you boil a half an inch of water, lower heat to med low, cover, and let cook 5 min. Give it a try!

Poached egg cups
These little silicon bowls came in a package with no instructions so I put an egg in one and put it in the microwave. It exploded. The write up online says to put it in boiling water. It doesn’t say how much water, how long, covering the eggs? Covering the pot? They are very roly poly so if you put much in them, they fall over. Not thrilled with this purchase.

Perfect eggs!
I have an older style, flip open poacher for the microwave. It's always done the job but not well. Either the whites are too runny or the yolk is overcooked. These silicone cups are amazing! I haven't tried the microwave method yet but stovetop with a covered pan of lightly boiling water for 4 minutes is just perfect for a soft poached egg. I added a small amount of olive oil on the cup surface and they practically slid out of the cup with just a little nudge. They are very easy to clean and store. Great price too. I can't wait to make Eggs Benedict with these.

Mess free and great for the air fryer
Great for making eggs in the air fryer without worrying about a mess. It has a ring shape inside on the bottom which is a pain to clean but besides that I'll continue using them.

Good value but hard to clean
Very difficult to clean after using them in the air fryer. Not completely disappointed because they’re so inexpensive
