Panini I:Deal Single Feed Scanner- With Franking

I cannot afford to purchase a used product every three months. It had difficulty reading checks and money orders, that was annoying. Now it eats checks. Daily cleaning does not help. Very disappointed.

Great product.

We had this in operation for 4 years. Keep it clean and it works fine. It was compatible even during a banking swap over to a new bank.

This is the biggest piece of crap Panini put out, I had to purchase this for the business, it doesn't work consistently, requires constant reboot.Absolutely terrible product. Would not recommend.

I have been using this for the past three years and have never had a problem. Nice little piece of equipment. I do take good care of it and use the cleaning cards twice a month and a blast of compressed air once a week. I really believe that preventive maintenance is key with any type of machine. I scan an average of 20-30 checks a day. I highly recommend this unit. (Ours came from our bank when we opened our account but I would not hesitate to purchase a new one, when needed, from Amazon).

The product is great, if only a few deposits a week.

I have used this with Chase for awhile. I have to restart it 5-6 times before I get lucky and it works. To deposit a few checks takes 10-15 minutes. Terrible product.

You cannot go ONE week without calling the bank for support to reload the software....oh I wish it were that easy as just "reloading" software, but they get into the reg file to delete items. They blame it on "updates" and it so very inconvenient when I run checks at night, tech support is closed! I'm an easy going guy, but this scanner puts me over the edge.

The product works, is relatively easy to set up and is a good price point
