My doctor wanted me to take a statin. I looked for natural alternatives to try before going on one, because I wasn't thrilled about not being able to eat grapefruit and muscle pain side effects. I read all the great reviews of citrus bergamot and decided to try it. I took it pretty much every day for a year. Got this year's cholesterol results and there's not much difference than without the product. My trigylcerides are down, but LDL is up a bit and not much difference in total cholesterol. So, this didn't work for me, and now I'm starting the statin.

My cholesterol levels were very high and since i started to take Clean Citrus Bergamot Capsules 500mg 1 x day, in 4 month my cholesterol went from 267 to 232,LDL from 202 to 167, i still need to continue to lower my levels so i will increase to 2 x day. But definitely works and i recommend it.

I bought this to help me lower my cholesterol as I have had bad side effects with regular medicine, this supplement my body has tolerated well, it could be because of the clean “other ingredients” I hope my cholesterol numbers go down, I will measure soon.

I know this brand from another product I have been using from them and just love the fact that they are clean, I was recently diagnosed with high cholesterol so have been giving this Bergamot a try. Product came in fast as advertised.
