Great products and reliable company!
Excellent product and great customer service. I purchased two of them and had a problem with the pump on one of them after a couple of years. Gappo sent me a brand new unit that is even better because you can set it up directly into the soap container rather than having to refill a bottle. Very good company and nice and reliable products. Thank you.

Good golden color
Was looking for something to match a golden colored faucet I purchased, and this fit the bill. Easy to install and refill. The plastic does get brittle with time. So be aware if you have to tighten it up after having it installed for a decent amount of time if may break.

Pretty Good
The soap dispenser looks and works great!! It was not hard to install; just make sure there is a hole where you want to install it, because it does not sit on top of a counter; it is installed through the counter. The dispenser works well, just like any other dispensers out there. It looks and feels very high quality.

Not durable and no way to get the warranty
This item looks nice but breaks in one to two years. Thereโs a three year warranty but itโs impossible to reach the company. Iโve purchased three of these and itโs time to get something else. The pump seems fine but the plastic threaded piece separates from the decorative piece on the countertop resulting in leaks and eventually falls through the opening. This is a repeated problem.

Actually improves one's life - for well under $20! Looks great, efficient, economical, clean...
Looks great. Easy to install. This is one of life's 'stupidly good' little things. Few items under $20 will give as much utility and save as much hassle. Bought a second one when we moved and installed it in the new place. Really great? You can put a gallon bottle of Dawn under your counter and hook it right up. Economical, clean, and efficient. Love this, wish I had it years ago.
