Florian P-450 Fine Nose Pruner

After gardening for 15 years, i discovered these NEW ENGLAND MADE garden snips at a Florian booth at the NE FLOWER show, some 15 years ago. WOW!! They were just fantastic: 1) really and truly lightweight 2) sharp; handy for everything not requiring heavier felcos. have bought 3 pair to keep in various key spots: garden; kiichen for cut flowers; garden.they used to have a short lived gimp closure; now they've wised up w/ a real brass system and i am THRILLED. hope you will be too.oh, arrived in 2 days!

These are great little snips, but not as solidly made as they were a few years ago. Hmm, wonder what happened?

I was disappointed in this product as I had a pair before that I loved. These were made of a thin plastic, the spring stuck during usage and the closure was different from the old pair. I purchased these because I lost the old ones and I used them constantly. Just a sign of the times that they don't make things the way they used to.

This clipper has become a family favorite. I have given them to all the gardeners in the family. When I have water (not now) my gardens equal any in the world maintained by a single gardener. I have a collection of clippers, some very expensive, and this is my all time favorite. The only caveat is that, like all clippers, it should not be used for a branch too large - that would "tweak the blade". Other -wise it is the best all around deadheading clipper existent (beyond all others).. Frequent flyer

I originally bought these pruners at a State Fair years ago and was delighted to see they are still being manufactured. I love the way they snip my roses, and I'm able to cut off the thorns easily as well. I have arthritis in my wrist and they don't hurt. I also gave some to my neighbor, who agrees with me and now these pruners are our favorite!

I've been using Florian garden tools for years because they work so well! They are so sturdy, even when we ask them to perform more than they are made for. Great product!

Best little pruners I have ever used. Have a couple of pairs and would buy them again, if I needed more. They are great and have used them for several years now.

These make pruning my rose bushes easy....I love the spring action, I have a hand injury so it helps to not have to open the pruner just close...Thanks
