I have seen so many reviews for this product before I bought it. I compared it to similar items that are twice the price of this device. I find it works well for me, It comes with adjustable velcro straps. I adjust the strap to fit my neck in a snug way. The air doesn't escape when I move the blue valve to lock in the air that is pumped inside. There are some reviews that warned about the air escaping, I believe they don't know how to adjust the valve. I can remove the balloon or keep it after locking the air. This traction device is useful for people who have bad posture when sitting in front of their computer or for smartphone users. For those with neck pain, exercises and warm compress might alleviate symptoms better, but this item is to add support.

My wife's physical therapist recommended this for her cervical bone spurs that cause discomfort. We were skeptical at first, but it seemed to be an inexpensive treatment. She followed her directions for use, and after only a week she found significant lessening of pain and some mobility improvement. Happy wife=happy life!

This is the third one that I have purchased. I have slipped disks in my neck - and they have been very helpful in preventing neck pain. I have worn them sitting on the couch to watch tv - in case I fall asleep - they support my neck in a position that won't cause pain. I also wear them to stabilize and support my neck when I do chores around the house; or yard work that might jar my neck. And sometimes, when my neck was hurting - I wore one to take the weight off of my neck muscles - so they didn't have to support the entire weight of my head while my muscles were already stiff and sore. The thing that I like best is: you control how much support you get depending on how much you inflate it. You can customize the size/thickness/level of support based on the person's size and situation. The first one broke because the air tube broke off. The second one wouldn't work after the "rubber-looking squeeze bladder turned hard and brittle ( would no longer pump or hold air). So they can be very, very helpful to prevent pain - or maybe even help relieve some of the stress that causes pain - but don't expect them to last a very long time. There should be a way to clamp off the air flow on the neck brace - so you can remove the air tube and squeeze bladder while you are wearing it. It can be awkward to wear it with the air hose and squeeze bladder attached. Also, it is not washable. Bottom line though - even though they aren't perfect -- this is the third one that I bought - because they DO HELP- so it's worth it to me to buy this item multiple times.

Some assembly required! The hand pump is not attached to the inflation tube and has to be assembled by the buyer. Not a big deal. People buying thid product may find it difficult to assemble. I had to have my niehbor assist me. It is very difficult to assemble if you have a bad neck. The seller obviously does not understand their customer. Also operating instructions would help. Aditionally, this is made for small necks.

Works well, helps relieve pressure .

It used to deflate well. After 2 months of use it seems to be stuck. I just leave it inflated. Great product and helps, well worth it.

Too tight.. it’s not for adults

Years of banging around doing construction and a bike accident finally ruined my neck. Didn't think this would work, but after a couple of days wearing this of and on I'm pai free.
