LGElectronics 3920DD3005A Dishwasher Door Gasket

Easy to install, fits perfectly and it works. You do need a little bit of extra pushing to get it around the corners, and you do need to look carefully so that you don't put it in backwards, but just look at the old one before you take it out, and work it in with your fingers. It would be nice to have some guidance as to how much to leave loose as you begin to install. I looped it in half and held it in the center of the top so that I could tell where to start; you cannot move it after the install. The old one gives some indication, but if it is deteriorated, that's not reliable, nor is the new one necessarily identical.I didn't realize how bad my old seal was until it started flaking apart. No leaks at all with this installed.

Fixed the minor drippage from my Dishwasher tub seal - very easy to install, just make sure to first find the mid-point of the seal, and press that in the top center of the dishwasher seal channel, and then press the rest of the seal into place all along the channel in both directions, again starting at the top center and working down.

We had a slow leak from the dishwasher. This product fixed the problem and was very easy to install.

Pay careful attention to the details. I got my part (gasket #3920DD3005A) and installed it. The door (LG Model LDF7811BB) leaked like a sieve. So I went to the store and inspected LG door seals. Lo and behold I, a good mechanic, had installed it incorrectly. So here goes the instructions that were NOT included with my gasket. The gasket has 7 ribs. The middle rib is slightly smaller than the other 6 - 3 on either side of this smaller rib. Push the gasket in so that this smaller rib is even with the outer edge of the groove that you will install it in. Smooth it all out and inspect it to make sure the this center rib is just inside the outer edge of the install groove. Seat the door tapping it gently but firmly with your with your palm. Wala. You are correctly installed and the door has no leaks. easy install.

Fit our LG dishwasher perfectly. Great seal, stopped the leak coming from under the door.

4” too short for LDF7774ST

We were getting some minor leaking (we thought) on the kitchen floor, and just sort of ignored the situation because it was minor, and there is always something else major in life...right?Anyway, we were in the basement one day and noticed water dripping down the wall from the floor above, which is right where our dishwasher is. Yep, on to something major. Apparently, the water would leak and drain back under the dishwasher, so we only new part of the story. Because of the amount of water we saw dripping down the wall, I really thought it may be more than the door gasket, so I almost just bought a new dishwasher, though I considered buying every gasket made for every section of the machine and replacing them.Cut to the chase--we only ordered the door gasket, it wasn't difficult to install with a little patience and lubrication (water works fine), and our dishwasher no longer leaks.So, buy it.

This saved me a lot of money and it was easy to install. I did have to trim the back side of the seal to reduce its height slightly so the door would close.
