Tropic Isle Living Jamaican Black Castor Oil (1, 4 oz)

I’ve been using this specific brand of Jamaican black castor oil for a few years now and I love it. It does have a nutty smell but it’s never bothered me. I always use it on my edges and they’ve definitely come along way because of this product. It’s thick so you want to be careful when using it, but it does a great job at coating and moisturizing your hair for growth. For the price you get a good size bottle and it’s last quite a while.

This product is the best

First of all, I am a quick fix type of girl. Due to an improper install of a quick weave, i ripped out a good chunk of hair. I wanted this bald spot near my edge to be filled with hair - yesterday. I used this Jamaican Castor Oil two times a day. Once in the morning and once and night and massaged it into my hair and onto my edges. I also applied it once at night to my eyelashes which grew out so much! This is something you will need to use everyday in order to see results. With my bald spot, I didn't start seeing results until a month and half-two months. But definitely 3 months in and the spot is night and day where my hair grew back. Now with my eyelashes, I applied it each night with a spooly and honestly, I saw results within a week. My lashes appeared longer and fuller. I did not apply to my bottom lashes, but I believe when I went to sleep at night, the oil would seep onto bottom lashes creating those to grow as well. I've used this product religiously for three months and have absolutely no complaints. However, I did not find this product to be moisturizing to my 4C hair type. A small application to the fingertip is all you need, a little goes a long way or else you will be left with a greasy look to your hair and who wants that. I will be purchasing again! Like I said, NOT A QUICK FIX. I've used this product every night for three months and it truly does work.

Feels so nice on the face. Iver been using it daily for a couple weeks now on my face. It feels very thick and oily when first put into hands but as I rub it on my face it feels so relaxing. It has actually made my eyelashes noticeably longer. People have asked if I'm wearing makeup and I'm not. My skin absorbs it rather quickly and I'm noticing less visible lines and wrinkle. Definitely a good buy. And smells much better than regular castor oil. Will buy again.

Well as far as the product itself I love it, truthfully this is one of the few products that I've been able to see real results. I mix it with coconut oil grease, the grease is thick & ever though the castor oil by itself is too. When I mix it together it loosen up really nice. And I only have to use it 2x a week. Now as far as shipping goes lets just say when it arrived the entire bottle was completely broken. All of the oil was inside the Amazon prime package & not the bottle I didn't even need to unwrap it because again if I did I would have had glass everywhere. I have a replacement on its way but if this one is broken I will be ordering this product from Walmart to save me the trouble.
