I tend to get swollen due to my sinus issues and as a result of being in my 40’s. Turmeric from dr Mercola has helped a lot. In addition to my other herbal medicine, this turmeric really helps. I recommend anyone who tends to get the sinus issues, to try it. My face is not as swollen, although I feel like it is, is not as bad as before. I tried other stuff and apparently great brands over time that were supposed to be good but they barely worked. Sticking to Dr Mercola’s vitamins all the way.

Im trained in western medicine, never been a proponent of costly supplements with empty promises, but after a neck injury leading to a large herniated disc causing chronic pain, figured I's give it a shot before resorting to surgery... First few days noticed no difference. But after about a week, the annoying and sometimes intense pain was almost completely gone. Whether it is a coincidence or placebo affect, after 3 years of constant aching discomfort that over the counter pain meds barley helped, it was gone. If you have chronic pain, its worth a shot. Worked for me....

I take this for blood pressure control and it really works! I ran out and could tell a difference in 2 days.
