Great watch for the money
Great watch for the money. Love the look! It is actually made really well from what I can tell. It is holding up well after wearing it every day for a couple months now. I have worn it swimming and in the shower and had no problems. Screen does scratch quite easy but I expected that with a plastic screen. I do not have any trouble reading the display like stated in other reviews. The back light is quite bright also for checking time in in the dark. I think this is one of the best watches you can get for the money.

Great Time Management Tool!
My 9 year old son is getting the hang of:waking up early;getting to school early; andand knowing what time to go to bed.....ALL BECAUSE OF HIS SUCCESSFUL USE OF THIS WATCH!He's actually proud to let me know the time --at any given moment. I love to hear his proud exclamations of the current time, and this black beauty equipped with large display, is durable and holds up in wet environments (my son loves to play in water). He prefers to never take it off, and the rubber wristband adjusts to smaller wrists. Each of the dual beeping alarms has a separate function: one alarm is to wake him up; and the other is to send him to bed! The vibration feature on the watch is strong enough to stir and wake him from deep slumber resulting from sneaky late nights up. Anyone nearby can actually hear the strong vibration like you would a vibrating phone sitting on table --provided it's a quiet environment.Note: Our effective use of this watch has built my son's confidence and interest in effective time management. Verbal reminders to "hurry up" have decreased by 99.5%, and he hasn't even had the watch for a full 30 days as of yet! Great job, Shark People!

Nice digital watch
I'm very pleased with this watch. I recently began looking for a watch. At first I was looking for a nicer analog watch but then realized that I really like the features of a digital watch (stopwatch, alarms, 24hr display, etc). I found some really hip/trendy digital watches that were FAR more expensive than this watch but lacked many features. So I settled on this one because I wanted a black(band), black (face), black (case/bezel). Set up was easy (the instructions are hidden in the plastic watch display holder). I can't attest to the long term durability as I just recently purchased. But I can say I like it so far. The face of the watch is very large, covers my entire wrist. Backlight works well.

Great watch other than dial difficult to read
This watch meets all my expectations except that it is somewhat difficult to read, especially the date in the upper left of the display. I noticed the picture looked somewhat muted, but thought that it would still be okay. When I got it, it was quickly evident that while it looked good with the black out design, it was very dark when trying to read. With the back light, it works very well at night or in low light. The vibration is plenty strong for me with a noticible buzz but not irritating. I doubt that it would wake me up, but I am a hard sleeper. You can put it to chime, buzz, or both. Even with the difficult reading issue, I plan to wear it since I really like the buzzing feature for alarms and hourly, and it is a good looking watch.

Great Watch
I have had no issues with the watch I purchased. The watch is easy to set up, easy to read, and it looks great. I love the buzz feature because I have narcolepsy, so I can set an alarm at work without having any audible noise. My only complaint is having to reset the countdown timer after every use. That is minor and easy to do, so it really is not a very big deal. This is a great watch.

Looks Great! But, Bad programming design, hard to see in average lighting, then completely stopped working.
I bought this watch for two main reasons; 1) the cool appearance. 2) the vibrating alarm. When I received it, I was a little disappointed to discover that while it does look very cool, the display is SO dark, it's hard to read in anything but BROAD daylight. And this is something the internal light didn't really help with, unless you were in completely darkness. Regarding the light, there's a really stupid problem with the programming of this watch, in that when you turn the light on, and then hit any other button, the light goes OFF. Imagine lying in bed at night and trying to set, or even CHECK, when your alarm will go off. You turn the light on, then hit the mode... the light goes off. You turn on the light and hit the mode button again to cycle through the options, and the light goes off again. Let's say you finally GET to the alarm, and start setting it. You hold down the set button until the numbers begin flashing, then you hit the button umpteen times to get to the correct minute, then toggle to the hour, then cycle through the numbers... how many times have you hit the button? Each time, deactivating the light. It's just dumb. Major oversight. When the alarm finally DOES go off in the morning, there is no snooze functionality. Minor gripe sense it never advertised that it did, but a gripe nonetheless. Lastly, after owning this watch for barely over a month (my thirty-day return period had expired the week before)... the watch abruptly died. Just poof. Gone. Nothing. I've been wearing digital watches for over 30 years, and I've never seen anything like this. Sorry, but I can't recommend this one.

Great watch.
I have had this watch for a while now and loved it, it's exactly what i wanted. I have surfed, skated, swam, ran a marathon, skydived, and use it to exercise and it has not faded nor have i had any problems with it. I have never had any trouble reading the time. Altho it is quite big and sometimes gets in the way.

Easy to read, sports watch
The 2.0 model is a big improvement over the 1.0 model. The strap is much stronger. Still has all the same great features - large, easy to read, large numbers, dual time zone, vibrating buzz etc.

remplit son job, acheté avant tout pour sa fonction vibrante, celle-ci rempli bien son rôle, en 1 an , une seule fois j'ai eu le sommeil trop lourd, et cela n'a pas suffit, sinon parfait pour toute les autres nuits.... de bonne qualité, fait costaud, perso j'aime bien ce design assez sombre et original. la lecture de l'heure est originale en journée même s'il faut jouer niveau orientation en plein soleil, la nuit elle s'éclaire bien (magnifique bleu).à recommander.
