My little nugget is so adorable in this costume and he loved it too. He was running the house cape a flowing. He is a thick little man. His chest is a solid 23 & 1/2". At first I ordered a Large, but the reviews convinced me to go one size down. So I ordered this Medium and it fits perfect. He is at the top of the medium size with maybe a half inch to spare, so I would say if u have a dog with anything over 25" you might want to consider the large. I wouldn't worry about neck size or length of cape. As you can see from pics this is a chest harness and his neck size wouldn't really matter. Also he is a compact dude and you can still see his tail out from the cape. The cape is also detachable by velcro. My biggest complaint is the adjusters don't stay in place well. So when I tighten them, they don't stay tightened. Nothing a little hand sewing job won't fix though. My boy is happy, I'm happy.

This was a perfect costume for my pups! They were super comfortable, as they are use to wearing harnesses. I was also able to coordinate them for both male and female. I did have issues with sizing even though I measured my dogs. According to the chart they should have been size large, however; the large was HUGE on them and both ended up fitting in mediums. The male dog is 30lbs and female around 26lbs. Everyone loved their costumes and they were very comfortable in them!

Absolutely adorable and nicely made. Especially for the more barrel chested breeds like our sweet Boston Terrier. I purchased a size "Large" first. It was much too big on her. The size "Medium" fits better after adjusting the straps although it does sit a little low on her back. She's 20.8 lbs and her chest measures 21.75".

Let me start off by saying, I love this harness. I think it's absolutely adorable. It seems to be fairly good quality with bright, vibrant colors and I love how my dog looks with it on.I read the reviews and saw a lot of people talking about sizing issues so I took my dogs measurements to make sure I got the right size. When the chart said a medium, I disagreed and bought the small. It's still too big. As you can see in the picture, it gaps around her chest. I've had to go to great lengths to make it a tight fit and stop her from walking right out of it. Unfortunately, there is no smaller size to go with so I'll have to make my own alterations.I've run in to this problem before, the gapping in the chest, with my other dog but I just usually turn the harness around because then I can tighten up the straps around the chest. That won't work with this one because then the logo would be upside down.I don't know if this is a problem with the larger sizes, I've only encountered it with small dogs.That being said, I do still love it although I wish the cape was attached more securely then with velcro. Too many times I've had to go looking for the cape after she gets done playing. :)

This is a great harness as well as a great costume. It is sturdy and easy to get off and on. It fit my 15-lbs super pup perfectly.

I measured my dog before ordering to make sure the small would fit him. According to the measurements listed in the description and photos, it should've fit but it was way too big and I had to return it. Returning it was easy and hassle free. It's super cute and would've loved it if it fit my dog. Seemed to be good quality but I can't speak to its durability. Looked like it would be comfortable. I really wish it would've fit. My dog's a rescue and all dogs are super heroes but rescue dogs, especially!

This harness is so cute.But just a warning be careful with the fit. My pup was able to slip off the harness in the park luckily we were able to catch him very fast and my pup wasn’t hurt.

This is really awesome my dog is an eight month old American pitbull but she’s kind of big so I got her a large and it fit perfectly with a little bit of room to spare not much you can not really adjust the size so make sure you get bigger rather than smaller if you’re going to order it material is really nice it looks really well-made the only complaint that I have is that the Cape should be sold on instead of Velcro because it keeps coming off... after she had it for a couple days now I can say this is not durable AT ALL so if u have a puppy maybe DONT bother unless it’s something u don’t plan on using a lot! Ugh
